Honestly I read a few reviews and thought surely it can’t be that bad the service I was wrong! Paid extra for quicker delivery on the 2/10/26 was meant to be delivered today 5/10/26 and it’s not even dispatched yet! Honestly it’s shocking why offer quicker delivery? Freud basically. I go on holiday on Wednesday and needed them for that can’t get connected to agent and phone lines are closed! Avoid go somewhere else anyone reading this not worth the hassle.

Already been waiting 4 weeks and could be another 2, this is bog standard sports polo shirts, what a shambles, and they are expensive too boot, only ordered it to get kit with my club logo, wish I hadn't bothered.

Ordered a personalised kit 28/08 we’re now well past the estimated delivery date as of 02/10 and I’ve had no answer to two separate communications asking where my order is. Worse still, my team all have theirs delivered! Disappointed and can’t get a refund. Not a great experience

Club shop
The club shop works brilliantly for my running club, allowing members to order when it suits them. All of the team work exceptionally hard to ensure orders arrive on time and have been brilliant over the past 7 or so years!

Very poor experience
As a new customer it was a Very poor experience. My order was 8 days overdue and no communication or update of any kind. I eventually emailed them and received a link to the Royal mail tracker. 3 days later I received my order along with another email with an apology but again no explanation This has been a poor experience and I wouldn't order from them again
