So easy to fill in no hassle at all if you have the relevant documents phone numbers and emails to hand ,myself I am not computer savvy so found it really easy to follow and understand and was nice to get a decision in pretty quick time it certainly does make a difference to the old system

The requested documents and instructions were precise. The filling of the forms was also easy. The provision made for everything to be upload online is the most admirable part for me. Not too much questions

There was no receipt by email on the day of the use of the Keysafe system from Keysafe. Infact to date this survey request is the only communication from Keysafe. This is not good enough given the sensitivity and confidentiality of the permitted search process. As a user I need to know the security of the system used and how my data is accessed and stored……and imprortantly a formal communication confirming the result of the search.

I went into the shop with my partner and the women I think she was called Charlie was absolutely lovely. She made us feel so welcomed. What an amazing person to talk too. Thank you. I do hope she reads this.

You don’t get an email receipt or reference for follow ups so there’s a period of time you think you’ve given your personal financial details to a criminal organisation. I moved money out of my account as a precaution.

Made the whole financial referencing process hassle free. I simply supplied the details needed and I was approved in a couple of hours. The online application is easy to understand and only takes a couple of minutes! And one more off the to do list. Great!
