Difficult process
The process had many questions that required specific answers which not everyone has the exact required information. For example I don’t have contact with my family but I needed to give the exact name email and rent amount that they previously paid. Like I said I’m not in contact with my family a would never be able to get this info, but there’s no option to say N/A and these fields are required to progress. Overall difficult and awful process.

We recieved a positive decision on our references in under 24 hours following our use of Keysafe, which was good as we required the rental property at short notice. People using Keysafe need to be able and comfortable with downloading and uploading their personal information. We felt the process was very secure. We would be happy to use Keysafe again in the future to speed up the referencing process.
