Kenco Omdömen 

I have drunk nothing but Kenco for years. It is now horrible and undrinkable, by me at least. I will not buy again unless Kenco admit their mistake and publicly state that the old recipe is returning.

Loved kenco blue for years and never used anything else. Now its changed, it tastes like dishwater. Sadly will be having to change brands. :(

Awful, awful coffee following "rebrand". Your marketing team clearly haven't experienced the new product. Grains don't dissolve, bitter tasting, sludge left at the end. Even the packaging was cheap compared to before. Will not buy it again while this is the result.

I cant believe that a brand like Kenco can destroy what was a decent (instant) cup of coffee , its not the same its bitter , sludgy at the bottom and not worth buying anymore tbh ,very disapointed .

I have been drinking Kenco Coffee for more years than I care to admit. Whoever it was responsible for agreeing to the most recent recipe change needs to be moved on obviously not up to the Job.

Perhaps Kenco have been the subject of a massive con-trick? How to destroy a brand overnight! A cup now looks and tastes like the coffee bean waste you get after having used coffee beans once already.

It’s now disgusting and will not be purchasing it ever again unless it goes back pre messing with it !!!!!!

How can a long standing coffee blend be updated so dramatically? It’s stronger, more bitter, takes longer to dissolve and so needs stirring and leaves a horrible residue in the mug.
Basically. It’s no longer an instant coffee.
Guess I will have to start looking for an alternative.

I knew something was off but put it down to a bad batch or something. Then I discover they’ve changed it! What an own goal. Will have to find a new brand after decades.

Oh dear Kenco! What have you done!!! If it’s not broken don’t fix it. If this is to save yourself some costs then this is false economy! As I am now looking for a brand change, and by the reviews so are many other customers.

Long term buyer of Kenco Rich blue and I cannot believe they think changing the formula to the disgusting current version is a good marketing idea. Clearly trying to reduce costs/increase profit is the major driver but zero consideration to product quality or customer satisfaction. I am just sad I bought another jar as I thought perhaps I had just hit on a bad batch.

Kenco what have you done to your coffee, as a kenco rich coffee drinker for many years I opened a jar of coffee the other day and thought I'd got the wrong brand, it doesn't dissolve when you put hot water in the cup and the residue at the bottom of the cup is awful. Who ever signed this off as a good cup of coffee needs to find new employment.

Phoned to complain about new recipe Kenco Smooth coffee. The lady that answered the phone was really NOT interested. I will be looking for a new coffee to drink after many years of using the product.

I have been buying and enjoying Kenco Rich coffee for years but the recently launched smaller jar has an awful taste and leaves a ‘sludge’ mark around the top of the mug. Please revert to the previous version and get rid of this terrible stuff!
