Lara runs a very efficient letting service from the Birmingham office. She helped with the removal of a problem (non paying) tennant and recovery of funds. She is always available and helpful.

Leah dealt with a boiler problem I had. Organised a prompt call out with the contractor. Throughout Leah kept me informed of the ongoing communication between contractor and landlord. Problem was solved quickly and efficiently.

Worst estate agent i have ever come…
Worst estate agent i have ever come across, I would avoid at all costs!! No respect for customers, I was spoken to in a underminding manner and treated unfairly. They lie about properties and lead you to believe that they are a helpful and trustworthy establishment. If you have any self respect for you and your family I would not recommend JOHN SHEPHARD ESTATE AGENTS!

I have had some issues with my tenants
I have had some issues with my tenants, which ended up in court. However, Lara Soars-White has been extremely helpful and supportive. She has kept me up to date with every aspect of the recovery and advised me on what my options were. She has been very reassuring and represented me in court, as I wasn't able to attend.
