I continue to have an excellent support from John Shepherd, Birmingham in managing my property. Right from the time the management of the property moved from Centrick a few years ago, they have been very professional and prompt. All queries are replied to immediately and there is always someone who takes responsibility to resolve any issue. This is not easy to find in companies these days.

They have always found tenants quickly, the rental negotiated is good and the flat is inspected regularly. They regulary communicate any changes in laws and advice about compliance. They recently managed the council inspection professionally and identified any checks necessary. A special mention to Alisha Donaldson, my Property Manager, for the excellent management of the council inspection and review. Alisha has always been proactive in managing the property and resolving any issues, keeping my time spent on managing the property very minimal. Big thanks to Alisha.

I don't normally leave reviews, but after speaking with Abbie Clark I wanted to give a quick shout-out. Although our interaction was fairly brief, Abbie Clark was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. Communication was clear and helpful throughout, and it left a positive impression!

Alisha Donaldson has been really helpful regarding flexibility with my tenancy, she was good with communication, and made me feel heard.

We have a number is residential properties that are looked after by John Shepherd, and they have done so for several years. We can honestly say that the team has been fantastic, especially Gita Patel. She has made being a landlord a pleasure. She looks after our interests and is fully aware that this only works if the tenants' interests are looked after. If there were a course in property management I would love for her to give it. It would be practical, relevant, and properly professional. Kudos to her and to John Shepherd.
