Had our normal inspection of the house and Jessica from DJ Alexander Aberdeen conducted it very well, always very polite, very friendly, she made my little daughter smile, always makes us feel comfortable and more importantly very helpful and reassuring she is there if we need her.

Shannon was very helpful at end of tenancy in securing the full release of my deposit despite some complications in the circumstances.

I have had significant dealings with DJ Alexander involving several properties and many members of staff over many years. Most recently I have had to deal with the consequences of a problem tenant which has caused me to sell the property in question. The purpose of this review is to highlight the support I received from one employee in particular, Diana Lomanowicz. Diana could not have been more helpful to me at a difficult time when we were dealing with the consequences of a bad tenant. I have thanked Diana but I wish others to be aware that she made a real difference.

I had a very good experience with DJ Alexander. Ellen Clow was a great help from the first viewing through to the offer. She also gave me useful tips on how to stay competitive in a busy Edinburgh market, which helped me put together a stronger application.

Have rented from Alexander's for a number of years now and find them to be very good landlords. As well as general maintenance checks on boiler, heating, fire alarms, they are pro-active when any faults are reported. Have no hesitation recommending them.

I had an excellent experience with Eve Mack. She was the agent who handled my viewing and subsequent process for a property I wanted to rent. She was efficient, friendly and very responsive to emails on questions and clarifications.

Caroline was so helpful and made us feel right at home! From helping us find a flat to getting settled in, we had a great experience.

We had a really lovely experience with Joye, from the initial viewing to securing the flat just a few days later. She was so friendly and welcoming at the viewing and made me feel comfortable straight away. She was also great at answering any questions we had and always replied to emails really quickly.

Joye was really helpful throughout the whole process and managed to get us a really good deal in such a short space of time. We really appreciated how on the ball she was and how easy she made everything!!

Thanks to one of the property managers Eve for great service and for being patient and supportive.

Even having a broken toilet isn’t a priority for them. Waited hours and no one came to fix it so now left with the situation for another day at least. The only thing they are efficient with is rent increases. £100 rent increase but not prepared to fix a toilet the same day!
