I instructed McEwan Fraser to act on my behalf when purchasing my property in Scotland whilst in the process of the sale of my property in England, They have been brilliant, answering all my questions due to the differing processes in house purchase and sale between the 2 countries. Offering suggested considerations when placing an offer on a property north of the border. They worked diligently, in keeping me informed, but without being over-bearing, at what is one of the most stressful times in a persons life. It gave me great confidence to conclude a move north, unlike the experience south of the border. Grant came to take the photographs of our house before it goes on the market. He was fantastic and made sure we knew how to show each room in the best light. He was professional and friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

Contacted main office and was put in touch with a local agent to discuss selling my property. After a positive discussion they said they would look up my property and get back in touch. They didn't.
I left a message as you never know if they might be ill etc. No response. Tried once more. Nothing.
Emailed head office to enquire/inform them. No reply.
Can only conclude they were not keen on my property- how rude and how cynical.
