Needs an Updated and Modern Overhaul
Great service for folks like me living overseas — truly appreciate the online accessibility! 🙏
That said, the £4.50 per deposit fee to a JN bank account feels steep, especially when it’s _within the same institution_. If this were a cross-border remittance to different persons accounts , I’d understand — but internal transfers shouldn’t carry such a price tag as its Jn money online to same Jn account.
Hope the team reconsiders this — a little tweak could make an already solid offering truly standout. 💡

Regular customer
I have to use Western Union to send money to Jamaica in Christmas as the service was down and even thou they were 3 pounds more than you It was in convenient for my family.
