Website and App provide information needed in a clear format. Adding and withdrawing funds is straight forward.

Quick and easy to use, also have the ns and i countdown to my premuim bonds prize checker. great way of keeping your money safe with the chance of winning something bac, plus i also have a saving account with them so all good.

Spoke to a person hooray! Having said i didn't want to go online. Put through immediately to friendly efficient lady and transaction completed very quickly and money in my account promptly

The ease that people can buy bonds without any glitches, whenever you have an account it's easy to access at all times.

Used to be reliable but admin now very poor.
Opened an ISA as wanted one quickly and had other accounts but amount transferred late so missed a whole year's allowance. Husband tried to open one and got a paper letter about a different account he already has.
also he got a message confirmation about my isa and I had no communication.

Website forms clumsy and they seem to treat them as postal transactions (judging by follow up survey).
Email to customer service not acknowledged or answered. Hard to find a phone number on the website although the complaints one was answered quickly . However although they actioned request to transfer money they would not answer other issues.
Chatbot completely useless.I

Easy way to save

It was easy to complete online with the reassurance of receiving confirmation emails.

It is very easy to transfer money into NS&I - only takes a few clicks and then it is done,

I have tried to register for premium bonds online and the system closed me down at the end of inputting all the data THREE times and the 4th time still logged me out after taking my deposit. The money has gone from my account but no idea if my account has actually been set up. This is the worst buggy website I have used in years. Come on ppl I know you’re government owned but whichever contractor you’re using for tech support is taking you for a ride!! If and when my account is finalised I will have to take a view if I properly invest with them or not in premium bonds I might just pay the tax on my savings and save my self a whole host of grief - also if 36% of reviews are awarding 1 star reviews how have they got a 4.3 score trustpilot?

Regular wins all be it small ones that get reinvested for me. Love how I can see that I've won on the prize checking app and then they tell you by text message 3 days later, so for one heart stopping moment you think you've won again!

Easy to transfer money, also knowing that by full deposits are safe with NSI. When used customer service they have always been friendly & most helpful.

Service is okay but opp to improve app and remove need to call the tel line. More functionality needed to contain journeys.

Actually, I said because it wasn’t that easy online and on the phone, it didn’t accept my details and all the additional questions mothers birthday that sort of thing. However, when I looked it up I had got the Details correct …your system didn’t work

Simple to access and easy to use with the bonus of a decent interest rate.

The advisor I spoke to was very helpful knowledgeable and patient. She talked me through the process and waited until I throughly understood. I was very pleased with the service I received that day.

Easy to navigate and check monthly. NS&I informed me and paid within the time frame given. Only complaint was the winnings were not high enough, but nice nevertheless .
