I phoned the helpline as a machine came…
I phoned the helpline as a machine came up with an error and the lady who answered was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me get the machine up and running and explained what to do if it happened again. She was clear with how she spoke and was very friendly. I would highly recommend this company for and laundry needs. It also helps to have a 24hr helpline.
