I'm staying at a holiday park and used the washing machine on site and the machine went out of order whilst our clothes were in there and got stuck. The customer service agent Millie was very rude and unhelpful and told us we will have to wait until after 7am tomorrow for them to contact us so they can send a specialist to get our clothes out and then she hung up after putting us on hold for 10 minutes. We then spoke to a receptionist at the park and found out an engineer isn't coming until Monday. So she expected us to wait until Monday to get our clothes back whilst they sit in water. She then also refused to give us the complaints number.

The dryer was faulty and I contacted Circuit Laundry on friday night to report the fault. Great and prompt response from the team the next morning - I am getting a full refund and the machine is going to be fixed soon.

I live at Crown Place Cardiff
I live at Crown Place Cardiff, and Dryer 07 took my payment but the drum never spun. When I contacted support through the app, they refused to refund me, blaming a “loading issue” and saying my load was too small or uneven—just an automated excuse to take money. I put the exact same load into Dryer 05, paid again, and it worked perfectly, so if loading was the problem, the second dryer would have failed too. The support agent even contradicted themselves, claiming there was “no indication of a machine fault” while admitting they’re sending an engineer to check it. Instead of taking responsibility for faulty equipment, Circuit sends copy-paste responses to blame customers and avoid refunds. They need to fix the machines at Crown Place and stop exploiting students who have no choice but to use their service.

The customer service is good to what…
The customer service is good to what they are allowed to do but with a machine breaking on a Friday early afternoon and no possibility to have a technician until the following Monday it’s not a good service. My clothes have been swimming in dirty water for almost 3 days.

Resolved issues efficiently
I ran into some issues while doing laundry, so I sent an email to explain the problems I needed resolved. The customer service representative Morgan sorted everything out for me promptly. They were understanding of my troubles. I find this staff member highly empathetic toward customers’ feelings and needs, in addition to being extremely quick and efficient in handling matters. Angel Morgan fully deserves recognition for this service!
