Terms and Conditions are designed to rob you out of your money. Once you add money to your wallet, they will charge you 2 pound of admin fees and weeks to get it refunded, while other applications simply refund your money. Also, you can say bye bye to refunding any credit after 12 months! Customer service also not helpful just repeating templates they have been given. I would never agai use Circuit Go.

Very Nice
Quite expensive, but the service is amazing, I'm at Battery Park and when I was having some issues a guy called Craig was super helpful actual lifesaver! Never had any issues with the machines not washing or drying properly!

Live agent was great, app not so much
Beth was great at responding to queries today and helping me with my issue, however I’d like to report an issue with the App. The ChatBox on the Circuit Go app closes automatically when I log out of the app, which means all the progress of reporting my problem to an agent is gone too.

Faulty machines but great customer service
The machines are often faulty and broken but every time I have requested a refund, I have spoken with a member of staff named Georgia who has been easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Resolved quickly! I had an issue with one of the dryers…
I had an issue with one of the dryers after payment it didn’t recognise my payment and was still requesting payment so went on the online chat and Ellie was super helpful and the problem was resolved quickly! Very happy with how quick it was resolved

But unfortunately these dryers are horrible!! Feels bad to ask for refund this often but I just can’t keep wasting money and time every week.
