Resolved issues efficiently
I ran into some issues while doing laundry, so I sent an email to explain the problems I needed resolved. The customer service representative Morgan sorted everything out for me promptly. They were understanding of my troubles. I find this staff member highly empathetic toward customers’ feelings and needs, in addition to being extremely quick and efficient in handling matters. Angel Morgan fully deserves recognition for this service!

Had a smooth and seamless experience with Sully when a washing machine didn’t work meaning I ended up paying double to use another. They were friendly, understood the issue and asked all the right questions, and I got refunded right away.

Machine that does not wash clothes and leaves them stained due to lack of maintenance
I washed my clothes for the second time in the machines that are rented in the studant accommodation Yugo Dominic Place and all my clothes stained because the machine filter is not cleaned often. I want compensation for what I paid to wash and my clothes that were damaged.

Bad hygiene
Equipment sometimes is faulty and in questionable condition (lack of hygiene - damp smell inside of washers, I have to stick my head inside every time I use this service to make sure my clothes will smell freshly whatsoever)

The customer service is Amazing. Sophia helped transfer my balance from the old Circuit laundry plus app to the newer Circuit go app that I had been stressing about. She was very quick to respond and efficiently resolved my solution whilst being very kind and professional.
