Dishwasher on lease
I called regarding a dishwasher that was not working properly and received excellent response from the staff. They arranged service engineer visit immediately, which was greatly appreciated. Throughout the process, I felt valued as a customer and was impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the team. Based on the support and service I have received, I am not considering leasing additional kitchen equipment from this company. I would definitely recommend JLA to others and look forward to their continued support and service.

Callum is our local engineer - friendly and loves a chat
Callum is our local engineer for Aberdeen and to be honest he feels like part of the team. He loves to have a chat with us, finding out the gossip and we love hearing about Princess Kate (his dog). Callum is great at communicating the issue and resolving it as quickly as possible.
