QUICK AND HELPFUL RESPONSE
Very prompt and helpful replies to my e-mails. Lose a point because they couldn't find us on their records so much time lost. Turns out they had the wrong postcode. Not their fault, that was probably supplied by one of those map companies, the same reason I get other people's parcels. But we got there in the end and I appreciate the assistance from Beth and others at JLA.

According to our contract we have 24…
According to our contract we have 24 hour service response. I reported problematic dryer on Saturday. Nobody came on Sunday and on Monday I received a voicemail that engineer will come on Tuesday.
That's 72 hours later while we are being charged for 24 hour response.
