Although the initial service was courteous, I received a call at 7:00 am confirming that the engineer would attend today. However, I later received another call informing me that the visit has been postponed for another three days. This is disappointing, as confirming a same-day visit early in the morning and then cancelling it later in the day makes it difficult to plan and manage the restaurant's operations

As a new customer, I found Beth to be extremely helpful and approachable from the moment I made my initial enquiry regarding a repair.
She made the entire process straightforward, answered my questions clearly, and dealt with my enquiry efficiently and professionally. The service I received gave me confidence in the company and reassured me that any issues would be handled promptly and effectively.
Based on my experience, I would have no hesitation in contacting the company again and would happily recommend their services to others.
