De la prise en charge jusqu'à la restitution tout c'est très bien passée. Et l'accueil de l'hôtesse était très courtois et professionnel. Je recommande cette agence de location.

Scammers and thiefs. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.
I usually rent a car with insurance, but after some other unfortunate events I couldn't affort paying some extra money so I took a risk.
During our rent, when the car was at the carpark, some other person hit our right rear door with the door of his car - thing that happened to many. There was a scratch of the size less than 1x1cm left. I already knew that I will be charged for this, even though it was not an accident during driving, not caused by me, but I thought it won't cost too much. Oh was I wrong. At the return the coworker didn't really care much about the state of the vehicle, but I made a mistake that I was being honest and showed her that tiny scratch. I could see Dollar signs in her eyes right after. suddenly she started to care and did the needed procedures.
Two days after I received a bill for 447 Eur + 50 Eur administration fee for a scratch smaller than a nail on my pinky finger. They charged me 4 units of paint and something more from some questionable third party company.
Of course they have their general conditions and the right to charge, because they held the deposit money I payed "volunterely", but they have zero moral values. if there is a chance to take your money, they leap on it like vultures with no hesitation. Most of the communication and all the documents were in French which didn't make it any easier. When I disputed they gave me at least a chance to provide an offer from other vehicle body shop, but of course I didn't get any relevant answer - I guess they all cooperate to get their cut. Eventually I gave up, because I needed the held money back to pay my rent back home. So I, as an abroad tourist, was totally ripped of with no chance to defend myself on site, being already thousands of kilemetres away. This experience totally ruined my positive imppression of the island.
My advise: Avoid this company by any means and don't get fooled by their low prices
always rent the car with insurance - you can do this at any other company, there is plenty of them on site
never point out the damage and refuse everything they try to blame you for - honesty means nothing here, especially when the purpose of the company is to earn money on expensive insurance or overchaging for repairs.

I’m sorry this experience felt unfair — I understand how frustrating that is, especially when you’re already back home.
During the return of the vehicle to the airport Roland Garros, any new mark is documented (photos + report) and the repair cost is based on a body-shop estimate; even a very small scratch can mean repainting a whole panel. And the admin fee comes from the rental terms you accepted at pick-up.
