I thought I purchased for loss and theft but confirmation email doesn't mention it. Very unclear if I did get what I thought I paid for.

Good value
Good value, helpful customer service. Would be 5 stars if I’d been able to complete the purchase on my iPhone Safari browser. Autofill was putting credit card details in the wrong boxes and click on didn’t work to enter details manually.
Had to use another browser on my laptop and start all over again so was very time consuming!

I took out phone insurance with…
My wife took out phone insurance with Insurance2Go almost 10 months ago for my iPhone.When my phone went missing and I made a claim, I provided all the documents they requested and met all of their requirements.
However, they refused my claim simply because I’m not a permanent resident or a UK national and I’m currently living in the UK on a work visa since 2.5 years
So, despite having insurance for almost 10 months and providing all the required documents, they rejected my claim purely on the basis of my immigration status.
Because of this experience, I would not recommend Insurance2Go to anyone. In my opinion, it’s not worth taking out insurance with a company that can refuse your claim for a reason like this. Very disappointing and, honestly, a very poor experience.

We are sorry to hear of your disappointment regarding the outcome of your claim and appreciate the frustration this situation has caused.
As part of the insurance application process, customers are required to confirm that they meet the eligibility criteria for cover, including being a permanent UK resident. Additional guidance is provided during the quote journey to help customers understand this requirement. If a customer indicates that they do not meet this criterion, the application cannot proceed and the policy cannot be purchased.
Following a review of your claim, it was established that the permanent UK residency requirement had not been met. As this is a condition of eligibility for the policy, we were unfortunately unable to validate the claim. In these circumstances, the policy is cancelled and a full refund of all premiums paid is arranged.
We appreciate that this outcome is disappointing, particularly given the length of time the policy had been in place. However, our decision was based solely on the policy's eligibility requirements and not on nationality or immigration status.
