Exceptional experience with Insurance2go
I have insured my phone for the past 6 years with Insurance2go. My battery, phone back and charging port all needed replacing recently. A huge thank you to Helen and Stewart in the customer service department who were knowledgeable & friendly and made sure the job was completed without fuss. I
have just cancelled my policy purely because my phone is rather old and worth less than the excess. As soon as I am able to purchase a new phone I won't hesitate to insure again with Insurance2go. Thank you for an exceptional experience.

Great First Impressions
I had an issue whilst trying to set up mobile phone insurance on line, so I contacted Insurance2go the call was answered very quickly and Lisa was most helpful, polite and professional in resolving the issue quickly. Good customer service is such a rarity these days.
