Double check selections before purchase
Ensure to check you have selected the payment duration before completing transaction as the company will not change from monthly to annual or vice versa and cancellation and repurchase is required if you choose the wrong one in error. The customer service department were fairly helpful and prompt with responses to find resolution however it seems a bit silly that an account cannot be amended after purchase.
