Satisfied customer - policy purchase
I found information easy to access on the website. I managed to get through to customer service promptly when I encountered a problem entering my IMEI number. This was quickly and courteously deal with. The price and cover provided was very good. Policy details were confirmed by email ( my preference) very quickly.

Very bad misleading provider
Very bad misleading provider, took so long for process, after refused the claim saying stupid reason which done not exist. Please don’t waist your money, not helpful at all, can’t even give 1 star.

We’re sorry you to hear you are unhappy with the recent experience you had with Insurance2Go.
Citymain who are the authorised claims administrators for Insurance2Go are required to ensure all claims are assessed fairly against the terms and conditions you signed up to at time of purchasing the policy.
During the assessment process they will request documentation enabling them to validate the claim fully, as well as ensuring eligibility for cover is met. The assessors will on occasion need to request additional information depending on the incident circumstances and proximity to the policy start date.
We are sure you understand that there is a need to validate all facts provided alongside the documentary evidence provided.
Should you wish to discuss this further, we will happily review and answer any questions on your claim further.
