Love Parcels is a UK-based specialist in premium parcel boxes and contemporary letterboxes designed for modern homes and businesses. Our products are created to combine robust security with refined aesthetics — engineered to complement architectural styles while providing dependable protection for deliveries. We founded I Love Parcels after experiencing the everyday frustrations of missed deliveries, exposed parcels and unreliable drop-offs. As online shopping became part of daily life, it was clear that homes needed a smarter, more secure solution. Our goal was simple: create parcel boxes that are practical, durable and visually considered — not just functional metal containers. Our range includes wall-mounted, fence-mounted and built-in parcel boxes, as well as personalised letterboxes and accessories. Each unit is manufactured from quality materials, professionally powder coated for outdoor durability and designed with thoughtful features that balance capacity, usability and security. We prioritise solid construction, clean lines and long-term performance over low-cost, lightweight alternatives. We serve homeowners, architects, developers and trade partners across the UK who value reliability, finish and design integrity. Larger models are palletised for protection, and every order is dispatched with clear communication and careful packaging. Continuous refinement is central to our approach. Over time we have evolved our designs, installation guidance and customer processes in response to real-world feedback and changing delivery habits. We believe improvement is ongoing, not occasional. At I Love Parcels, we focus on creating delivery solutions that offer genuine peace of mind — secure, durable and built to last. Engineered for elegance. Built for life. ⸻

Medium parcel box can accommodate a larger parcel than the competition.
I bought the medium parcel box because, although it was more expensive that the other choices, it will take a larger size of parcel. Delivery was quicker than the date first given.

A solid, sturdy box you can trust
I was very pleased with my purchase of an extra large parcel box. It arrived very promptly, well packed on a pallet. It was very well made and very sturdy. The design also seemed sensible and suitably secure. Whilst not every courier will use it, it has been well received by those who do.

Would purchase again
the post box was of good quality and looks nice on the wall. Well packaged. few issues with UPS delivery but they are not the most efficient.
PLEASE BE AWARE you will need bigger raw plugs etc to ensure that with the buffers in place you can open the lid. My partner who is a craftsman and knows what he is doing said “ once again a company has put in the incorrect fixings

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback — we’re pleased to hear you were happy with the quality and appearance of the post box, and that it was well packaged.
Around that time, we did receive feedback from a small number of customers regarding the supplied fixings on certain batches. This was reviewed and addressed to ensure appropriate fixings were included going forward.
As wall types and installation methods vary, we always recommend selecting fixings suitable for the specific surface to ensure correct spacing and operation.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and are glad you would purchase again.

Good product - well made.
We have had the post box for over a week now. It looks good and the size is large enough for decent sized parcels and post for many days. Looks good and works well.

The parcel box arrived damaged and all…
The parcel box arrived damaged and all attempts to contact this company have failed. I have used their contact page, emailed and phoned and not had a response to any of these.
This was an expensive item and I would expect better follow up. I would not use again.

Parcel box arrived quickly and well…
Parcel box arrived quickly and well packaged. Contained instructions for fitting, bolts etc. Was straight forward to fit, although 2 people are probably required as its a little awkward due to its size (that's not a criticism!) Appears well made, functions well and represents fair value I believe. I am happy with this product and would recommend it. The only question I can't answer is how well it will wear.

It’s great to hear you’re happy with the build and overall value. In terms of long-term wear, the units are powder coated for outdoor durability, and with normal use they’re designed to hold up well over time.

Great post box easy to use, not all post men seem to know what it is so a sticker saying post would be good to be included with box.

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback — we’re glad you’re finding the post box easy to use.
You make a fair point about visibility. While many couriers recognise them straight away, we know that clear signage can help avoid any confusion. We’ll take that on board as we continue refining the small details that improve day-to-day use.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.
