Instructions for the gas connection…
Instructions for the gas connection were not great and had to YouTube it to find out how this went. Could have done with parts being numbered. Otherwise it's great

Not worth
I have been using CosmoGrill for the past 2 years. Even though I store it in a shed, it has mould on every piece. I can only bin it. I tried talking to them. They said it is normal in the UK weather.
2 other friends also end up binning the same CosmoGrill.
Never again.

Bbq seems good quality although does not reach that high of a temperature with 3 burners on. The cover for the duo is not adequate, it does not reach the wheels and barely covers the shelf meaning that in high winds it is likely to blow around and expose the bbq to weather damage. I reached out to customer service (within a week) who acknowledged the problem but did not offer a return or exchange.

poor delivery system, low qualty BBQ.
The purchase was fine, delivery was terrible. the delivery driver took a picture of a six foot back gate and drove off. never attempted to deliver the item at the front of the house. after calling and chasing down the delivery, Cosmo grill sent him back and low and behold he finaly delivered it to the front.
The grill itself, looked good when built but was missing 3 main screws. had to sort it DIY.
2. cooking experince was good at the start but after only one cook the paint at the back has already started to peel and come off.
low quality item and poor build for a BBQ.

Just bought the XXL Smoker Charcoal…
Just bought the XXL Smoker Charcoal BBQ.
BBQ looks really impressive, can’t wait to use it.
I was missing 1 screw in the pack, either that or I had misplaced it during the assembly. Spoke with Kiran from Cosmo Grill over WhatsApp. Kiran was very responsive and sent a couple spare screws straight out to me. Cannot fault that level of customer service. Brilliant!!

The grill came very quickly, and was a joy to use. The ability to raise or lower the coals really comes in handy when they start off too hot and then cool down gradually.

The grill was well manufactured and all parts fit together well. Some of the assembly instructions were unclear , particularly for the electrics, bur we got there.
