Love Parcels is a UK-based specialist in premium parcel boxes and contemporary letterboxes designed for modern homes and businesses. Our products are created to combine robust security with refined aesthetics — engineered to complement architectural styles while providing dependable protection for deliveries. We founded I Love Parcels after experiencing the everyday frustrations of missed deliveries, exposed parcels and unreliable drop-offs. As online shopping became part of daily life, it was clear that homes needed a smarter, more secure solution. Our goal was simple: create parcel boxes that are practical, durable and visually considered — not just functional metal containers. Our range includes wall-mounted, fence-mounted and built-in parcel boxes, as well as personalised letterboxes and accessories. Each unit is manufactured from quality materials, professionally powder coated for outdoor durability and designed with thoughtful features that balance capacity, usability and security. We prioritise solid construction, clean lines and long-term performance over low-cost, lightweight alternatives. We serve homeowners, architects, developers and trade partners across the UK who value reliability, finish and design integrity. Larger models are palletised for protection, and every order is dispatched with clear communication and careful packaging. Continuous refinement is central to our approach. Over time we have evolved our designs, installation guidance and customer processes in response to real-world feedback and changing delivery habits. We believe improvement is ongoing, not occasional. At I Love Parcels, we focus on creating delivery solutions that offer genuine peace of mind — secure, durable and built to last. Engineered for elegance. Built for life. ⸻

The letter box was delivered damaged
The letter box was delivered damaged. I called customer services several times but nobody answered. I emailed and eventually got a response saying “sorry and we will fix it” but then nothing further for the next 48 hours (and still nobody answering the phone) and I’m still in limbo. The box itself looks like it is good quality (if it was undamaged) but the customer service is not good so beware!

Fantastic product.
Very good service, quality products and speedy delivery.
I found this Parcel Box was the one to except the biggest parcels without stepping up to the monster size box.
I went for the green coloured version which I have to say blending nicely with the house decor.
All in all I’m very pleased.

Hi,
Thank you for such a detailed review — we’re delighted you’re so pleased with your parcel box.
It’s great to hear you found the right balance in size without needing to go up to the largest model. That’s exactly why we offer different capacities, so customers can choose what suits their space and delivery needs.
The green is a lovely choice as well — it really does blend beautifully with certain properties.

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback — we’re really pleased you’re impressed with the quality.
You make a very fair point regarding installation. Some of our larger or heavier models are definitely easier with two people, and we appreciate the suggestion to make that clearer in the guidance. We’ll take that on board.
It’s great to hear you’re otherwise happy with the product, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

Bought a modern wall mounted…
Bought a modern wall mounted personalised mail box which said on the website was weatherproof and secure. It's so secure I can reach in and collect my mail (even the smallest envelope) without unlocking the door.
My hand fits nicely into the letter opening allowing me to get my mail. I'm still awaiting a response to my email from this company. When posting letters into the box the water runs off the lid straight into the box and collects at the bottom so I don't think the design is as good as it could be for the amount it costs

Hi,
We’re sorry to read your concerns.
At the time of purchase, that model featured a larger mail aperture to accommodate bulkier post and small parcels. The opening dimensions were stated on the product page so customers could assess suitability before ordering.
With any delivery solution, there is a balance between accepting larger items and restricting access through the slot. The unit is designed to act as a secure delivery deterrent when installed at the recommended height and position.
Since then, we have continued to refine aspects of our designs in response to customer feedback and evolving delivery patterns.
With regard to weather protection, the lid is designed to deflect normal rainfall. As with most external letterboxes, extreme wind-driven rain can occasionally result in minor moisture ingress depending on location and exposure.
We respond to all enquiries received via our contact system, and if a message did not reach us at the time, we apologise for any frustration caused.

The worst service to say the least
Poor service to say the least!
Misleading information on the website on the product I bought which meant the product was unsuitable. Extremely disappointing service, refused to collect item or refund my postage. Was then told I had been ‘robbed’ by the cost I paid to return the box & had I asked for advice they would have provided a cheaper alternative, this comes despite me sending several emails and specifically asking for I love parcels to offer any alternatives to return the products, which was ignored like several other email I was sending!

Hi,
We’re sorry you remain dissatisfied.
Our product specifications and dimensions are listed clearly on each product page to help customers determine suitability before ordering. If something was unclear, that is certainly not our intention.
Where an item is returned because it is unsuitable rather than faulty, return postage is the responsibility of the customer in line with our published Returns Policy. Where we are at fault, we deal with matters accordingly.
While we always try to find a fair resolution, we are not always able to go beyond policy, and we regret that in this instance we were unable to reach an outcome you were satisfied with.
We remain a legitimate UK business committed to clear communication and fair practice.

dissatisfied
everything was ok till a few days after our builder fitted the parcel box one of personalised letters fell off !
I emailed the company with a picture , i didn’t realise at the time they were just stickers on the box ….
the email i received was quite rude and i was told that the letters dont just fall off and that my builder had wiped it off !
The letter had been on for a few days after the builder had left.
Im perplexed in thinking that even if the post box had been wiped down this shouldn’t have happened as its supposed to be an outside product , Im disappointed that this was so easy to come off😩.
The company said they would post more stickers out with instructions, unfortunately i haven’t received any yet ….😔

Hi,
We’re sorry you’re disappointed.
In this case the personalised lettering was applied by us prior to dispatch using exterior-grade vinyl suitable for outdoor use. Once correctly applied, it does not detach on its own.
We did not suggest that anyone deliberately removed it. However, where lettering becomes dislodged following installation, it is typically due to handling during fitting rather than a product defect.
We aim to communicate clearly and fairly at all times and are sorry if any previous correspondence did not feel that way.
We stand by the quality of our products.
