Outstanding quality and service
Outstanding quality and service from Letterbox4you. The postbox's are robust, solid, well‑designed, and look fantastic now they’re installed.
What also impressed me was the level of customer care — friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to helping. Even when we had a bit of a saga locating the keys (which was my fault), Letterbox4you handled everything with patience and good humour.
A trustworthy UK company with excellent products and even better service. Highly recommended.

Allux 6000
Living in the Highlands of Scotland I needed a strong, robust letter box - this box is perfect against the horizontal rain and the wee breezes which are gale force 10 mostly.
A little difficult doing the transfer to name our hoose, but the grandchildren came to the rescue, no prob.

Fantastic customer services. Natalie and team were able to answer my questions in detail over email and also called to ensure I was happy with the replies. This customer services was critical in getting a letterbox that fitted our measurements and fitting needs. Would hole heartedly recommend!

€40 customs charges
I was charged €40 customs charges on goods costing €150 which were not made known to me until after I had paid and just before delivery. Customers from Ireland should be made aware of these hidden charges at time of making payment.

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed by the customs charges applied to your delivery. We understand how unexpected import fees can be frustrating.
As all orders shipped from the UK to Ireland are subject to customs clearance, import VAT and any applicable charges are set by Irish customs and the courier, not by ourselves.
We do try to make information as clear as possible for customers at the time of ordering, and our shipping terms state that deliveries to Ireland may incur import taxes and charges payable prior to delivery. Unfortunately, these costs cannot be calculated or collected by us at checkout, as they are assessed by customs once the goods enter Ireland.
We always aim to be as transparent as possible and appreciate your feedback, which helps us review how clearly this information is presented. Thank you again for sharing your experience.
Just BRILLIANT
Moved house so I needed a bigger more robust letterbox. Found the exact product I need with letterbox4you. The next day I received a call from a lovely lady asking about the details of the personalisation I requested. The gesture itself made me feel that I am not just a number on a list. The delivery was so prompt and the personalised writing on the box was beautiful. The box was big, very well made, robust and brilliant value for the money I paid. Two weeks later when we moved, I lost the keys to the box and the handyman who was going to do 2 days of work in the new place including fixing the box had already started. I phoned letterbox4you and the very friendly lady explained that for security reasons she can't issue a new set of keys but I need to change the lock altogether. 24 hours later a new lock had arrived and the beautiful box was installed.
This company made me feel that they have no other customers except for me. From the very beginning to the end they were professional and very efficient. But, above all, the product was brilliant quality at a very good price. I have no hesitation at all to strongly recommend them to family, friends and everyone else. I wish them all the success.

Their customer service could not do enough for me including getting the product to me in time for my workmen to install despite them closing for Christmas.
On top of that we realised it was the wrong product (my fault) and they couldn’t be more helpful with the replacement, return and refund.

What a great letterbox from these people, I went for the added lettering for my house name and number unfortunately I messed up with the letters so I contacted the company and they send out a new set FOC, now that’s what I call service

Excellent product and great service. We researched the market and chose Letterbox4you as the product satisfied our needs perfectly. We chose the 5 box free standing model.
All the staff I encountered were very helpful and informative, in fact a delight to deal with. Finally the delivery was perfectly managed as we were kept informed at every step.

AN EXCELLENT COMPANY
I researched for a month to find a good quality post box and finally chose Letterbox4you as they gave detailed information about each box, clear photos and had good guarantees. I did have a few queries before purchase so telephoned and a lady answered all my questions. I then purchased on line a post box pm. Delivery was quick and arrived the next morning. Excellent customer service
Wonderful customer service from Letterbox4you! I ordered the Wren mailbox (which looks terrific) and it was delivered very quickly; I then ordered the vinyl letters, and the team went above and beyond when the first batch didn't quite stick (user error, I'm sure) and sent out a replacement immediately. I'm pleased with both the quality of the product and the level of service provided!

Very helpful advice & support. Ask if you need anything
I’ve been mithering about buying an external postbox for some time and happened across this company. After looking through the options I had numerous email conversations with Natalie asking her all sorts of questions about the products and their suitability for my home. Natalie provided loads of info and details around the products that were far more than I could have asked for. Very helpful and attentive. The postbox arrived, all in good order, and I am very pleased with it. I see some negative feedback for the returns process but all I would say is to email the company first and check with them what you want. Given the amount of time that Natalie was prepared to spend with me, ask first and you should get all the advice you need not to return anything.

Cerberus Letterbox4you The Most Secure Mailbox
Cerberus from Letterbox4you is the most secure mailbox in the UK with anti-tampering and cylinder euro locks, with three point locking system. I did alot of research about this company before purchasing and am so pleased they run a serious business and welcome feedback. The customer services team, notably Amy and Natalie are wonderful. We were so happy with the mailbox and continue to be. We did feed back our happiness with just a few niggles about the location of some of the screw holes that made fixing a little tricky and shared photos of us installing, and I couldn’t believe that they forwarded them to the manufacturer and we got drawings of the new design implemented and they were so grateful for our feedback that I got a 50% refund. Have you ever known of any business to do this, to actually act on feedback and then give you a 50% refund. An absolute delight to work with. Thank you from very happy customers. Truly so so grateful thanks. I tell everyone this story and even recommended you to my Dad.

The brief was to supply 36 external letter boxes using the minimum wall space for aesthetics
We had looked at various options without success and contacted this company through their web site.
I supplied location photographs as there were limitations as to the siting options.
I cant speak highly enough of Amy and Kate whose advice as to specification, regular progress reports during manufacture and delivery to Northern Ireland of four units totaling 36 Letter boxes, was second to none.
Prompt delivery of high quality and specification, has been commented upon very favourably by our clients. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
