Love Parcels is a UK-based specialist in premium parcel boxes and contemporary letterboxes designed for modern homes and businesses. Our products are created to combine robust security with refined aesthetics — engineered to complement architectural styles while providing dependable protection for deliveries. We founded I Love Parcels after experiencing the everyday frustrations of missed deliveries, exposed parcels and unreliable drop-offs. As online shopping became part of daily life, it was clear that homes needed a smarter, more secure solution. Our goal was simple: create parcel boxes that are practical, durable and visually considered — not just functional metal containers. Our range includes wall-mounted, fence-mounted and built-in parcel boxes, as well as personalised letterboxes and accessories. Each unit is manufactured from quality materials, professionally powder coated for outdoor durability and designed with thoughtful features that balance capacity, usability and security. We prioritise solid construction, clean lines and long-term performance over low-cost, lightweight alternatives. We serve homeowners, architects, developers and trade partners across the UK who value reliability, finish and design integrity. Larger models are palletised for protection, and every order is dispatched with clear communication and careful packaging. Continuous refinement is central to our approach. Over time we have evolved our designs, installation guidance and customer processes in response to real-world feedback and changing delivery habits. We believe improvement is ongoing, not occasional. At I Love Parcels, we focus on creating delivery solutions that offer genuine peace of mind — secure, durable and built to last. Engineered for elegance. Built for life. ⸻

Brilliant product
Brilliant product, just as described 🙌🏻 One thing to note is the instructions for my box had fallen into the bottom compartment and I didn’t know the combination to unlock it. So I had to make a gadget to reach it..

Hi,
Thank you for the brilliant feedback — we’re so pleased it was just as described.
And thank you for mentioning the instructions. They’re normally secured separately, but it sounds like they slipped into the lower compartment during transit. Fair play for the ingenuity in retrieving them!
We appreciate you flagging it and are glad it all worked out in the end.

Hi,
That’s brilliant to read — thank you.
We put a lot of care into how our boxes are packaged, especially given their size and weight, so it’s great to know that stood out. We’re also pleased delivery was quick and everything arrived safely.
Your recommendation really means a lot, and we’d be delighted to help again in the future.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I had a notification to say my item was being delivered, so made sure I was home, to then be notified on the day my delivery was cancelled. I had akso arranged for a handyman to come the next day to put the postbox up on the wall, which of course had to be cancelled. I tried numerous times to telephone the company; no one answers. I emailed to be told a cock and bull story. When the post box arrived, it should be noted there are not any instructions included. There were scratches on the front of the box and the cover over the opening for the letters to be posted is slightly bent. Yes, I could have complained again, however I have family issues currently that take priority over this.
It should also be added that a near identical letter box can be found on Amazon for £40- so nearly a £100 cheaper!

Hi,
We’re sorry to read this, as it’s never our intention for a customer to feel disappointed.
While we dispatch within the timeframes stated at checkout, delivery dates are ultimately managed by the courier and can occasionally change at short notice, which we understand can be frustrating.
If an item arrives damaged, our standard process is to request photographs so we can assess and arrange a replacement where appropriate. We always aim to resolve such matters promptly and fairly.
We also recognise that while some products may appear similar online, differences in materials, finish and construction can significantly affect quality and longevity.
We take feedback seriously and continuously work to improve both our products and communication.

Very happy customer
Fast free delivery, easy ordering. I am very happy with my wall mounted post box even the postman commented on it saying it was one of the nicest he has seen, the box has a wide slot for post so ideal for larger letters/small parcels, great design with bar inside to stop post falling out when door opened. Over all very happy.

Hi Trudi,
What a lovely review — thank you.
We’re so pleased you’re happy with your wall mounted post box, and we have to admit, we love that even the postman approved. That’s always a good sign.
It’s great to hear the wider slot and internal safety bar are doing exactly what they’re designed to do. Practical, secure and good looking is the goal.
We really appreciate you taking the time to share such detailed feedback.

Hi Jon,
Thank you for your review.
At the time, the product you were initially interested in was out of stock and therefore not available to purchase. Once it returned to stock, your order was placed and dispatched within our normal processing timeframe.
We did suggest an alternative model as an option while you were waiting, along with the possibility of adding a finishing frame, but appreciate that you preferred to wait for the original item.
We’re pleased that once the item became available, everything proceeded smoothly, and we hope installation has since gone well.
