Finished with this company. Their delivery service is so poor that I've decided to call it quits with them.

I've had increasing amount of delivery problems - the most recent order was made on the 24th of July and still no sign of my purchases on the 16th of August.

I received the standard message when I enquired each time, apologising and stating that my order was being processed and would arrive in 2-3 days which never happened.

I will be looking to order elsewhere in the future.

I've been waiting a good three weeks now for a fairly expensive delivery, and there's absolutely no sign of it coming. Don't bother ordering with them, you'll avoid a lot of hassle. Pre brexit they were great, now they're appalling when delivering to Ireland.

Wish I had read the reviews. Made an order on the 21st of July and was told I would have it by the 27th. Still no sign of it and it’s the 16th of August. Received an email from them on the 30th of July to say my item was delayed and would be with me in 2-3 days. When it still didn’t appear I contacted customer service and was told that actually delivery could take 21 days and to come back to them if I still don’t have it by then. Disgraceful really. Advertising one thing and then not being able to deliver on it. Products may be good value but the terrible delivery and customer service let’s it’s down entirely.

I ordered on the 21st of July, my items were "dispatched" on the 22nd of July.. I have been in contact with them on numerous occasions via messenger and on their website message and chat features. On the 14th of August I received an update from fastway that they had my parcel but there are delays. I then received an email from my protein stating "your order will be delivered to you by the end of the week beginning September 16th"I've just had enough of this .. can't get a refund because it's in transit and may still be delivered, it's on its way to you don't worry.. can you reconfirm your details please and we aim to get back to you in 24-48hrs with a solution.. complete kaka... If my order does get to me let's say on the 18th of September, that will be over a month and a half since I've paid and it was shipped... Do yourself a favour if reading reviews before purchasing, don't waste your time.. they only reply to positive reviews and only out of 10 people ordering from Ireland maybe 1 will get it on time if they live in Dublin ... I for one will be delighted when I get my stuff because this whole annoyance will be over and I will be deleting my account and never ordering again from them.. product quality is good and tastes good but it's the service that leaves a sour taste..

As per everyone's comments below, ordered 23rd July, still no delivery, on scans, blaming customs, but not actually helping at all. Have had to purchase everything I ordered elsewhere so don't need the order. Customer service is brutal, you have to go online to contact and then cannot reply to the reply, so you are back online and getting different people that won't tell you anything. Had moved over early this year but will be moving my business elsewhere after I cancel this order when it's received.

Still not delivered, in Fastway since the 15th and has still not moved from there (I've contacted them too). MP offering me 5euro credit when I've requested a refund. Still blaming customs even though it's sitting in the courier company. They don't want to deal with it and don't want to give you your money back. Will be contacting consumer rights today.

More delivery issues again , ordered three weeks ago , joke of a set up , no updates from myprotein whatsoever after sending two messages , poor service !!

Apparently they have resolved issues but will issue refunds for lost orders over the last few weeks I gather from email received , we shall wait and see over coming days

They accept service has being terrible but I'd imagine there will be a hoop or two before I get refunded !!

Absolutely terrible service, stay away if from ireland. I ordered on the 15th august last month and only got it TODAY pretty much a month later. Obviously they have some sort of deal with fastway couriers to get some extremely cheap delivery fees because Im suprised theyre still with such a crap company. Fastway literally have 1 star reviews for everything. Delivery updates kept saying they tried it deliver but no one was home 2 DAYS IN A ROW and how they 'left a card' even though i was home BOTH TIMES. When i checked my cctv footage there wasnt a single fastway van near my house so its obvious theyre full of crap and just kept updating their online tracking full of lies. Myprotein online chat was absolutely no help either as they refused to refund me as I did not want the product anymore due to their terrible delivery times. Defintely not going to order from them again thats for sure. I have never gone out of my way to write a review about a negative experience from a company before but I just had to because they're handling of the situation and delivery issues was absolutely abysmal.

Do not use if ordering to Ireland..

Absolute nightmare

Ordered over three weeks ago and still no delivery. Do not appear to be set up to delivery in a timely manner to Ireland.

Don't order from this crowd. Similar to reviews below I have been lied to. I ordered on the basis of a stated 3-5 day delivery timeline and that their website says no delivery impact due to Brexit. I've not received my order and have instructed that I don't want it any longer but apparently they can't tell the courier not to deliver it, even to the point of making up Covid based excuses that the courier will leave it with a neighbour or in a safe place due to covid. Its clear that they want to put the responsibility on the customer to pay to return the order knowing well it is cost prohibitive.

They clearly knew these issues existed when the order was placed but didn't feel the need to indicate it on myprotein.ie. Absolutely abysmal treatment of customers.

I'm now left out of pocket and in limbo as they are refusing to cancel the order and refusing to not deliver it. On reading reviews below it seems they've no interest in resolving as they've already got my money

Ordered 21 days ago, still no sign of my products from myprotein.ie with an Irish delivery address.
Their website says they've figured out the logistical challenge of brexit and orders should take 2-3 working days but its been 2-3 weeks and still no sign or recent contact. I got an email 10 days after ordering to say it's in customs. How are you gonna have an Irish website shipping to Irish addresses and have issues with Irish customs. Amateurs.

I placed an order with MyProtein 3 weeks ago and still have not received it.

It was due to be here within 3-5 working days, this passed and then received an email telling me there was a problem with customs and it has been resolved that it will be another 3-5 working days. This also passed. I was dealing with customer service through social media and on their app. Generic answers telling me they trying to get an update then gave me another ETA which has passed and now telling me they actually haven’t been able to get any update or locate my parcel. So basically getting lied to eat time. I have asked numerous occasions for a refund to be sent but they seem to ignoring this and just keep saying they are trying to locate parcel with courier.

This is beyond a joke, do not advertise on your website that Brexit has not impacted your business or deliveries when it clearly has. It states that deliveries to Ireland come from Germany this is clearly a lie.

Paying for a product and service which I have not received. Will be staying clear in future and judging from reviews seems like a lot of others will be too.

I ordered over 250 euro worth of stuff from these weeks ago no sign of order was onto customer service a number of time constantly saying give them 24/48hrs. So I contacted fastways yesterday to see what was going on its all stuck in customs nothing to so with them at all we wont be getting or orders because they wont be released. Contacted my protein again today and they are refusing to give me my money back stay clear of this company.

I ask anyone with the same issue to go to all there trust pilot pages and leave your reviews as there is a number of different pages

We apologise if you have not received your item. This is not common and we want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. To receive a refund or a replacement, you must inform us that you have not received your item within 21 days from the day on which you received an email from us confirming that the item had been dispatched.

So they are still refusing to refund me going against company policy.

Stay well clear theses are gangsters

Seeming delays due to brexit, however seems to be order specific. A friend ordered the same exact items and theirs landed in the allocated time frame.
You'd imagine a disclaimer or update to t&c would be done to advise of delays due to brexit

I have amended my review due to my latest experience with Myprotein. This time the delivery arrived within 2 weeks of ordering which was only three days later than advised. I still can't give 5 stars due to my previous experience but I am happy to have received a much more efficient service this time.

Very sorry to give 1 star, I order with them since years and this will be the last time. No sign of my order after 3 weeks. Avoid them as they do not have a Brexit plan in place, or at least a working one. Products are being shipped from the UK (not from EU as they state) and get locked in customs forever.

Edit: it's been 1 month now. No sign of the order. I have requested a full refund multiple times, but they do not reply. We should all report them to CCPC.

Awful experience ordering from them. Ordered 15th July. Got dispatch notice. No update for a week, told by customer service it had been cancelled before dispatch and they would resend. Got another dispatch confirmation. Again tracking hadn't updated for a week so customer service told me it again hadn't dispatched and offered a refund. Told refund processed. 5 days later refund still not on card. Onto to customer service and now they have a "string feeling" it may be delivered by the 11th of August. That's no use to me as I've been waiting so long that I have to purchase items locally. Lied to about refund being processed. I never write bad reviews as mistakes happen but in this case company is not rectifying. Avoid.

Thanks goodness for paypal is all I can say.

Great company when buying from, if you have a problem they clearly do not want to know.

I’ll be asking PayPal for a partial refund & I won’t be buying from my protein.ie again.


One of my items was damaged and I got a very quick resolution from customer service.
Fast service and nice range of goods.
