No ownership of fault
I bought my bed in August of 2024, this is a 4 draw high headrest divan bed. I have had the need to us the draws at time of assembly. In November I was having a cleat out and wanted ti use the drawers the 2 at the top will not open. I check to see it the bed was assembly right and it was. In the process of checking I also observed that my bed had a dip in it. So I contacted Honeypot in November, they sent someone out to inspect the bed from furniture care network. 4 months on in March after I emailed honeypot I was told that there was no fault and if I want repairs done I have to pay for it my self. I don't build or design the bed, if you have a bed of this design you should inform customers that you can only get 2 drawn with it not 4. I top of the base in sunk in and again nothing. This is not 1 year but 3 months after spending almost 1k on a bed. If I have to take this to smalls clam court I will. This has given me sleepless nights. The audacity to ask me to pay to fix a bed that I didn't design is madness. 28/04/2025- I have been sent a spacer, which I was told will enable me to gain access to the 2 draws that I am not able to access. I pulled the bed up tried to attach the spacer however with the spacer the screws for the head board couldn't even be seen much less reach the bed. You have tried, the dip in the bed you have said is normal what choices do I have but to accept this. I am still not able to access the 2 top draws, is that normal?

Amazing highly recommend
Delivered on the day they said they would early morning so i didnt have to stay in all day waiting around for it to be delived,was proper helpful,asked where I wanted my sofa,they even set it in place removed the packaging,was really polite and friends would highly recommend this place worth the money all day long.
