Furniture is absolutely beautiful
Furniture is absolutely beautiful, getting loads of lovely compliments. Delivery drivers were on time and very pleasant, only downside is that they left all the wrapping off sofa's.

The delivery men were fantastic very…
The delivery men were fantastic very polite and helpfull, they made sure the sofa was at its best standard before they left, the sofa itself is great quality and very comfortable overall thrilled!! Will 100% be buying from honeypot in the future that’s for sure!

Poor Quality Materials and Disappointing Warranty Support
I purchased the Malvi Sofabed Grey Corner from Honeypot Furniture in January 2024, expecting a durable product. Unfortunately, within the first year, the sofa started developing issues—the springs became weak, and a part of the wooden frame broke. It became clear that the materials used were of poor quality.
When I contacted customer service after my 12-month warranty expired, they initially refused to help. Only after leaving a review did they offer an inspection under their 5-year frame guarantee. However, after the technician’s visit, they claimed the damage was "non-manufacturing," meaning they wouldn’t repair or replace the sofa.
For the price, I expected much better quality and durability. If you’re considering purchasing from them, be aware that their furniture may not last, and their warranty support is limited. I regret my purchase and wouldn’t recommend them.

Following your initial feedback we arranged for an independent inspection of your Malvi Sofabed via Castelan Group. This was arranged to ensure a fair, third-party assessment under the terms of your 5-year structural frame guarantee.
In your case, the technician's report concluded the damage was not due to a manufacturing defect, which is why we were unable to proceed with a repair or replacement.
We fully understand this was not the outcome you hoped for, and while we're limited by the findings of an independent expert, we truly did our best to explore every avenue for resolution.
If you’d like to discuss next steps or options for repair at your own discretion, we’d be more than happy to support you with that.

Lovely sofa
On website it said delivery from 2 days which was what I wanted. Delivery confirmation came through but was for 5/6 days later, emailed company, they replied promptly letting me know that was for local delivery, they offered a refund but I decided to carry on with the order. Sofa delivered by 2 lovely guys who set it up in my room and checked it was ok. Lovely teal colour, looks fab so glad I decided to carry on with the order.

2 seater/ 3 seater settees
Couldn't fault anything, excellent service knew exactly when it was gonna be delivered spot on , settees are absolutely beautiful , delivery was between 6.41 and 7.41am ,drivers brought them in, removed protective covering ,put them where I wanted them ,was sat on settees by 7.00am with cuppa , absolutely perfect.

I ordered a U shaped sofa which upon…
I ordered a U shaped sofa which upon delivery we realised wouldn’t fit in our lift and as we live on the 22nd floor there’s no way they could carry it up. The drivers were so helpful, professional and friendly. Had to send the sofa back to the warehouse and contacted honeypot. After a few phone calls it was agreed a new, smaller sofa would be sent out for delivery. I could not of asked for better customer service and professionalism from them. A really good company from my experience. They could not of helped me more. Highly recommend

The experience dealing with the sales team was an absolute joy.
The appearance of the weronica sofa bed was great. The delivery team were pleasant, quick to get the bed into the space and set up. The 1 thing to hightlight is the sofa bed is like a plank to sit/sleep on, so very uncomfotable !! Please Honeypot sort this out with the manufacturer, can it be that difficult to make the infil material softer, then it would be a joy to sleep on too.

Don't order if you need it urgently
With a delivery fee of £99 you would expect next day delivery. But no have to wait nearly 3 weeks just for a small table!

Very good service
I ordered not using the credit option and when I called the order was cancelled and the money was put back into my bank within 48 hours. Absolute perfect service from ordering, after my mistake, to delivery. I was called and delivery arranged to suit us. The delivery drivers were, so polite and once the sofa bed was in our home, after they unpacked it and they showed us how to convert the sofa into a sofa bed twice. Thank you for a great service.

Happy with it after a while
The sofa looks great. The price was great however it was uncomfortable to begin with. Got used to it now. I wrote 2 star and got offered an exchange. Changed my review now as customer service was good and in the end wanted to keep it.

We want to clarify that we have been actively trying to reach you regarding this order since mid-March, after becoming aware that you were unhappy with your purchase via this review. Our customer care team have made multiple attempts to contact you by both telephone and email in order to arrange a return for you — however, we unfortunately did not receive any response.
We would also like to kindly mention that at no stage did we receive any direct request from yourself to return the sofa. We only became aware that you wished to return the item from this review, which was disappointing given the efforts made by our team to assist you.
As with all orders, we do operate a 14-day returns policy which requires customers to notify us within that time frame if they wish to return their item. Regrettably, as this time has now passed, we are no longer able to process a return for you.
We are always happy to help where we can and do genuinely regret that we have not been able to resolve this for you sooner due to the lack of communication. Very Happy!
Firstly I love this sofa. Looks exactly as the picture, looks like good quality despite not breaking the bank and its so comfy. I am very happy with it. Took 7 days from ordering to delivery. My delivery time was between 6-7am so perfect for not interfering with work, and the drivers were on time. They also contacted me the day before to confirm the expected time. I like how easy it is to track them on the map. They were very careful when entering the property. Sofa was unpacked and set up within 10 minutes. Thank you!
