I had a really positive experience renewing my policy.

I initially liaised with Nicole via email, who was very helpful with my queries. As my query required some further review, it was then referred to Hazra.

I spoke with Hazra a couple of times and it was an absolute pleasure dealing with her. She was extremely helpful, professional and courteous throughout. She also called me back on a couple of occasions exactly as promised, which I really appreciated.

When my renewal came up, I wasn’t entirely sure whether I would stay, as I had been planning to shop around and compare other options. However, the positive experience I had with both Nicole and Hazra played a big part in my decision to renew.

Excellent customer service from both, and I would particularly like to thank Hazra for the time she took to help me and for following through on everything she promised.

Simone was fantastic, she understand my problem with empathy and resolved it quickly and efficiently. There was no hassle and no back and forth. The service from Hometree has always been good but staff like Simone are another reason to stick around!

The repair engineer was prompt and helpful. He identified a problem that needs repair. The email saying the issue was resolved was incorrect and confusing, resulting in me ringing to find out what was going on. Lovely lady I spoke to who said the email was misleading and all in hand. Please correct this as it was a waste her my time and hers! I have yet to be contacted regarding the repair.

After diagnosing the problem with AIr Valve in the boiler during annual servicing as part of emergency breakdown cover, the engineer arrived, a friendly gentleman very professional and thorough did a wonderful job in replacing and restarting the system smoothly a!

Daren had serviced my boiler before so quickly found my flat and parked in the correct space. He was on time and thoroughly carried out the work; left no mess; and sent receipts etc by email. Very happy with his work and friendly attitude.
