Just an easy service to sign up for. No awkward questions

I called Hometree to reschedule my annual boiler service -I have not heard back from Hometree nor an engineer with a revised date

Gave an upgraded deal on renewal for a good price.

My boiler has been serviced by British gas for years. Repairs would take several visits and tend to only last a short while before having to call them again.
Hometree repaired my boiler in one visit and the repair has lasted a year with no further issues.
I recommend hometree as a good insurance for my boiler especially as they are happy to attend at weekends.
The other issue is the monthly fees are much more favourable than the other providers l checked.

Engineer arrived on time and completed the Service efficiently.
Just took several attempts to get the appointment booked in.

From their support team to their engineers hometree are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, so excellent 👌👍

Finally managed to get my Annual Boiler Check booked and completed.

The day after, I received a rather nice email apologising for the issues and delay in booking the appointment beforehand, together with an offer of £40.00 as a gesture of goodwill.

This was totally unexpected and not even requested.

So, with this in mind, Hometree are worth the bother. Very good customer service provided by Lisa H and André.

8 weeks 2 visits, 2 different plumbing sub-contractors, 3 missed appointments 12 calls to Helpdesk, 18 SMS messages and over 15 emails and still not fixed a flow valve repair... possibly the worst customer service ever, don't

The signup process was so easy speaking with Jess who explained everything and they were so much cheaper than Scottish Gas for the same cover

Chris the engineer was friendly and communicative. He let me know when he was visiting for our boiler service. He arrived on time and the service was completed in good time. Would happily recommend Hometree.

Zoe was great. Answered all my questions with clear concise detail. Gave some real life examples but didn’t use them as a selling tactic or to push me towards a particular decision which may benefit her. Very good service. Based on service I received I signed up to a plan. Well done and keep it up.

Signed up to Hometree Home Insurance yesterday. Hometree has excellent reviews on trustpilot.com. Spoke to Imran who was excellent, professional and helpful. Imran explained the ins and out of the policy and what it entails. The price of the policy was very competitive compared to other providers, which also includes a full boiler service in the price. Its early days to provide a review on the actual cover, but hopefully its as good as my experience on the phone today.

The monthly payments have been fair, annual boiler service good, and breakdown response fairly prompt. So far no complaints.

Steven was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. He took the time to explain the different insurance plans clearly and guided me towards the one that best suited my needs. I felt well-informed and confident in my decision. I'm really pleased with the service and glad I chose an insurance plan that's both affordable and tailored to my needs. Thank you, Steven.

Everything was ok and thorough, only letdown is a shorter time arrival window would be better instead of all day.
