HomeShredUK Omdömen

I’ve been using HomeShred for about 8 years - they are completely trustworthy have an amazingly helpful and polite telephone team and turn up on time each time they collect my shredding from me. 10/10 and highly recommend.

This is the second time we’ve used HomeshredUK and both times have been very happy with the service. From the sales staff through to the drivers everyone has always been extremely helpful, professional & friendly. Certificate of destruction received with 24hrs of collection as promised. Highly recommend.

Very helpful and accommodating on the phone, efficient and easy service to use

These guys know what they are doing! I had years of confidential papers that required shredding. The website was easy to use, prices clearly displayed (sacks provision & then collection prices). All pretty reasonable.

The sacks arrived within a couple of days. They were filled & I contacted them to collect, upon payment of course. Plenty of collection dates to choose from. A time slot was provided to me, so I didn't have to wait around.

The communication throughout was fantastic. Paul, who collected the papers, was helpful, polite, professional. He contacted me when about 10 minutes from me to let me know he was on his way. He clearly explained the process to me and what would happen next.

I would highly recommend this company for your business or private shredding needs. They can shred various items including computer discs etc. Thank you team for a job well done, will use again.

Did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it! Good sized sturdy bags. Excellent notice on and prompt on time pickup, good comms and overall excellent service. Made me feel confident about ditching a huge pile of confidential paperwork that had built up over the years that I didn’t want to take to the tip. Highly recommend.

Very easy to book and clear advice given on timing.

Great service - so easy to use, good value for money, customer service was amazing, kept informed of everything all the time, lovely guy who picked the stuff up and got my certificate the next day and it all gets recycled so win win.

Not sure why I would use anyone else. Incredibly professional, user-friendly, and straightforward. Second time I have used them and second time as pleased as the first.

Can't fault this company. Ordered the bags online and they arrived quickly. Arrived within the timeslot agreed for collection. Certificate of destruction received as promised. Perfect service

Pretty straightforward to order and book
Any issues, the team got back to you.

Next day, the certificate of destruction was sent to me via email.

The team were polite and courteous throughout. No hesitation in recommending them

I’m very hopeful they will be the solution to our shredding challenge but can’t find the cost of the actual shredding anywhere on their website - do I have to order the bags to later find out how much it costs? I can’t commit until I know the full cost

Great service and very easy to arrange. You place an order on line, for their special bags to place the documents you want shredded and then when you are ready, you arrange collection.

Very easy, good service, polite and professional, highly recommend.

Driver very professional and explained exactly what would happen with the sacks he was taking

From finding HomeShred UK on line and ordering my first ten bags they arrived in a few days as promised. I paid for the ten bags and the balance for collection nearer the collection time. I found the company efficient and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. After I filled the bags I arranged a collection date and was given a two hour slot on the date agreed. Their Collection driver was very pleasant and arrived within the two hour slot. The following day I received a certificate stating all my bags had been shredded securely. Overall a nice company to deal with and I would thoroughly recommend their services

Terrific service provided on three separate occasions now. Communication has always been easy with a friendly, straight forward approach. Commitments met every time with emails/phone calls used to remind and check arrangements still suited us.
Prompt confirmation of destruction of material.
Would definitely recommend and use again without hesitation.

Very straightforward and efficient way of disposing of confidential waste.

A very efficient service. The shredding bags are sent out promptly and are very strong. When you are ready you can choose a date for the pick up. The previous day you get a 2 hour slot which is particularly helpful. I am very pleased and will be using the service again - as soon as I can sort my papers!

Outstanding service. Great communication. Everything was done as promised to 110%. Strongly recommend and have already to family and friends thank you

Very efficient - all requests and pickups dealt with quickly and on time. Very courteous service, as well. Ace
