HomeShredUK Omdömen

Homeshred are a very reliable and helpful service

Second time of using HomeShredUK. Prompt and efficient from delivery of sacks, the pickup and destruction, to the provision of a certificate. The pickup driver was courteous and helpful and called when 15 minutes way from collection. An excellent service provided overall and I would use them again.

Very good service! Easy to arrange a collection and worth every penny particularly if you have a lot of confidential waste to shred as I did!
The bags arrived the day after I ordered them and were collected promptly on the day I had arranged. They also phoned me the day before to give me a one hour collection slot which saved me having to stay in all day.

Simple process, helpful staff.

Update
Jemma sorted things the next day and all is back on track. 4 stars due to the website issues

Just trying to book a collection online. It keeps saying "we encountered an error, try again or contact us" Went through the chat with Jemma who was going to come back with a delivery date, but heard nothing after half and hour, then retried - no one available
not a great start

Great service.
Everything they said they would do, they did.
On time; really good
Excellent.
Thank you

Swift and efficient service. Friendly and helpful pick-up. Reassuring process.

Excellent service, both delivery and collection plus good communication, would recommend.

Super professional service. Easy to book collection, call day before collection to confirm, friendly but professional collection and speedy confirmation of waste disposal. Would highly recommend.

When I contacted the firm regarding a collection date that was not listed on their website they did everything possible to help and sent someone round to collect at a time that suited me. Excellent, personal serice. Highly recommended.

Really helpful lovely people from start to finish

Great service - quick, efficient and simple to use.

HomeShred provided an efficient, secure service. Clear instructions, very good website and friendly, professional personnel.

Kept informed, brian picked it all up within time. Very easy, plus I know all my confidential papers have been destroyed. Many thanks everyone.

Service was excellent - Sacks received in good time - collection of filled sacks completed as promised - The Homeshred Representatve - Paul - is a credit to the Company

Easy ordering of both bags and collection service. Prompt communication on timing of collection on the agreed date.

I have been a customer since February 2014, HomeShred have remained excellent throughout this time.
I did try another company (having got the names mixed up! - apologies John) a few years ago and I was not impressed at all, very salesy....and not on the personal and friendly level promised and delivered by John and his team.

I was worried about how to deal with paperwork from a small, home-based business. I liked the high ratings for HomeShredUK, so tried them out. The system is so straightforward. You buy a number of strong, sealable paper bags, pack your papers in, seal them and then phone to arrange a pick up. They also wipe computers, hard drives and mobile phones. After collection, you get a certificate to evidence how you disposed the items. I was very happy with the service.

Easy online process, professional telephone service and accommodating to our collection request.
