Order your bags and then arrange collection on a suitable date. Very easy and efficient.

Easy to use, purchased x2 bags for my papers, at a later date when I had filled the bags I then went back to the website to pay and book for the bag collection. Dates are offered at the time of paying, none of these were suitable so I paid and then contact them to arrange a date, booked a date within 2 weeks, asked for a 30 min phone call before collection and this was carried out. Can't fault the service. Thank you

Terrible service, Got the sacks Ok only to find that collection is over a month away when trying to book. Tries to use payment link and it rejected my perfectly good card three times, just a totally disorganised and difficult company to deal with, won't be back again

Arranged collection, didn't turn up, no credible reason given. Poor.

Feel scammed... ordered 2 sacks when only needed 1.
Then found out that it costs a further £55 to arrange a collection to have the the paperwork disposed of.

Excellent efficient and friendly service
Customer service very friendly and helpful. Brian who collected the shredding was very efficient and all very easy to organise. Highly recommend this business.

If you need to throw away lots of paperwork with sensitive info on or receipts etc I have found this is worth buying the bags then gradually filling and literally years later paying to get these destroyed SAFELY. Not just papers old credit cards too. Even if hand shredded or covered up a bit if put in normal waste you dont know where the paper is going to end up and its very easy to miss covering up something vital. Even tho you have to pay for destruction they turn up on time to collect, keep you posted when arriving and have proof who they are and send certificate of destruction after. If ocd about personal details and being scammed or cloned I find this is worth the cost. And cost hasnt changed much over the years either.

Very straight forward procedure.
Order bags, arrived within 2 days, load very strong paper bags which are clearly marked for size and weight. The adhesive tape on the closing flap is more than adequate to seal the bag. Arrange collection date with Homeshreds office, the driver phones ahead on the day to confirm arrangements. So simple!

Excellent service from ordering to collection and cost effective in my view. Arrived in the time slot the gave me. Explained what would happen to the bags they collected. I feel confident that my confidential documents will be disposed of safely. It was a very satisfying exercise to get rid of hoards of old bank statements and papers that had accumulated over the years. No mess left for Kids to sort when I'm not here!

Very efficient and helpful. Felt confident my confidential documents were well looked after

Excellent service, from placing the order on line to collection. Was notified by the driver a collection time which made it a seem less experience. Would highly recommend.

Very good service, efficient help line for queries, bags arrive promptly in the post, and then you book a collection. Easy!
A happy customer all round! Thank you.

The whole process from start to finish was reassuringly efficient, timely, with easy to understand instructions. Despite my original natural anxiety this was soon dispelled by the informative website and the efficient and practical staff. I would not hesitate to recommend this service to my friends and family.

Simple and efficient way to safely get rid of old documents.

The whole process from start to finish was seamless.

Very helpful and very nice people to deal with.
Thank you Jack and Lee.
I'm so pleased I found this company to use.

Very easy to arrange, friendly and prompt collection and a receipt of destruction in less than 24 hours. Would recommend, if like me, you have lots of papers to securely destroy,

A great service, very easy to use, shredded years of confidential documents and feels very secure
