Stefano has outstanding customer service skills 🥇
My first ever contact with Shred-it Customer Services and my point of contact was Stefano who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and personable. He gave me great confidence that he would resolve setting me up with an account, updating our account with new stakeholders and deleting people off the account who no longer need it. He also escalated changing the service date to another day of the week and kept me updated either via a phone call or emailing until he had a resolution. I am very happy with the service I received from Stefano and Shred-it.
