asked for repair for lift but didnt ask what was wrong with lift just put in the repair so told him what was wrong he said he would add it to repair man

I discovered an unexpected leak from the Condenser boiler which left me without hot water and no heating.
The issue was flagged up as an emergency repair by the Home Group operative to be fixed within a few hours.Thank you Reece for making this as uncomplicated and straightforward as possible

Not professional property is really dirty expecting me to clean it I have a disability the property is not suitable for me and they don't care small overpriced put there with no one in the area and no support network one of them was racist to me would nit recommend to anyone

Been left with no way to wash
Been left with no way to wash, or use the toilet due to tiles falling off the wall and the walls behind them being rotten due to moisture and black mould. Home group was told and my elderly mother was told nothing we can do it’s the weekend. Disgraceful. It’s a health and safety issue, she has existing medical issues. Home group also need to realise weekends is not out of hours. It’s the only time that people who work to pay their rent have free.

Rearrange an appointment
I contacted Home Group by live chat for the first time. I had a scheduled engineer visit for one day next week, but due to an unexpected appointment that afternoon, I was worried that the appointment might need to be rearranged. Clyde was very helpful, he spoke to the scheduling team and advised that the appointment would be conducted in the morning, enabling me to attend my appointment in the afternoon.
