No repairs have been carried out on my gutters after two years and over 20 visits from repairs! Imagine living through that. Imagine over half of those visits were no shows! Imagine waiting in your flat all day for the failed visits. Then the work is never completed. Workmen visited again last week and didn’t touch my gutters.Imagine having bowls under your sink catching water from a repair 3 years ago that couldn’t be resolved as plumbers just bodged it or said the usual “Home haven’t got the money mate” . According to the Ombudsman Home Group makes a huge profit and CAN complete repairs.
What with nothing being done about the dog urine that’s been complained about the LOUD wake up from their ring doorbell and the lack of repair on my very blocked gutters I’ve come to the conclusion I need to take this further. Could Mark Henderson CEO contact me today I will keep this review as evidence as my housing manager doesn’t address my problems. I was told I’d receive an email which never arrived. Unfortunately the only person I will talk to would be Mark Henderson. I will await his call today. I just want to state I will be talking to nobody else but him. If Mark could also have ready reasons why I pay my service charges for maintenance which isn’t obviously carried out.
Reply to Stephanie- no I won’t phone and waste my time anymore- also I won’t be paying my service charges as the association is working illegally charging tenants for services not given. So no I won’t be phoning you can phone me!!

I would rate it 0 if I could despite it praising itself on helping domestic violence survivors they made no effort to help move me at all even though I was extremely high risk and even after social services and doctors pushing and pressing them! all thanks to them I still live in the same property I was abused in day in day out with long lasting and damaging effects on my mental health!!!
