Holidaydukes Omdömen

Being sceptical at first, as we have done it all over WhatsApp. We have booked 17 days in Thailand with holidaydukes. Daisy was the lady I was in touch with all day (even today which is Sunday)Daisy answered every question I had and was very professional with a hint of realism, which I appreciated too. I felt at ease and am very excited for the trip to 5 islands! We cant thank Daisy enough, nothing seemed too much trouble, kept me up to date and I knew exactly where we were at and what we needed, and she needed. We’ll look forward to our holiday with holidaydukes. Luke

Kimberley has provided a great holiday booking service for a group. Most of my contact has been via whatsapp which suits my busy day. Great choice of travel options and convenient payment plan. Happy with the responsive service.

Just back from 2 weeks in Thialand visiting 3 different resorts. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish.
Daisy was very efficient in organising our trip and always replied to any queries promptly.
Would definitely recommend Holiday Dukes for their efficient friendly service.

Booked a holiday through Oscar Bek, he was extremely helpful, gave me a number of options and gave me updated choices for any changes I wanted and his communication was fantastic, would definitely recommend!

I have been looking for solo holidays for a group of ladies , I asked for multiple different locations so that we could find the right fit at the right price. Holiday Dukes guys did not let me down they found so many options and price levels . They are always happy to help day and night and will try to accomodate any requests, I would choose them to search every time

kimberley helped us booking our honeymoon to the maldives. She was absolutey brilliant from start to finish can’t recommend this company enough.

Arranging our trip was great but what we experienced on our return that we had two different flights however the Qatar staff were very helpful.

On the 8th September 2026 we were delayed due to technical issues but our flight took off after 4 hours and we missed our connecting flight and had to eat 7 hours at Doha but we were well looked after.

On 24 September 2026 we were a bit disappointed with the pick up taxi driver who asked for a tip and we offered 300 rupees but he returned and keep it. Basically it was an insult to us. The pick up driver on 8th September 2026 never asked for anything.

Olivia was so helpful and patient as we asked so many questions when we were looking at our dream 21 day holiday to the Maldives - We changed our mind so many times but she came back with our new requests within minutes and then when we were happy to go ahead and book, Olivia tried to get us the best price available at the time - when we were booking she speedily helped us sort the best way to pay the deposit and the paperwork was all completed within minutes - this was the first time we have booked with holiday dukes but will definitely not be the last - sometimes you find some travel agents are not accurate with all the info but in this company of found Olivia very efficient and accurate in anything she does - if you want a fantastic holiday in the most exotic location and the best price possible - Book with confidence with Holday Dukes 👍👍

Skylar was so helpful and gave me a wide choice of lovely holiday quotes. Thank you Skylar!

Olivia went over and above to find us our dream holiday to Thailand. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Thank you Olivia would highly recommend holidaydukes to find your holiday Carol and Lisa

Hi name is Steve. Just got back from Thailand.went for 16 days to four different places. The standard was 5 star .the transfers to all the different resorts and island 5 star they contact u an hour before pick up.the accommodation 5 star especially paradise island. This was planned by Daniel who is great . He even phoned me on day off departure to remind me I was going on holiday. Great company.

I was dubious about using an online Travel company but checked Trustpilot & all the reviews for Holiday Dukes.
After lots of WhatsApp text with Daniel we finally came up with a wonderful itinerary for Thailand
Daniel was very patient and helpful, amending flight times hotels etc
Our holiday will be in 2027 so I will review again hoping everything runs smoothly.
Daniel also answered by queries promptly I would highly recommend.
Booking was easy all via email

Just booked a Multi center trip to Bali in December, Daisy has been fantastic at finding our perfect holiday! Would definitely recommend...we will be back with a review once we get back off holiday 5*

Victor is amazing helping me find the perfect holiday to bali and japan. Offering me lots of choice and dates and choosing amazing hotels that are near to everything. So informative and helpful listening to my every need and want. If anyone needs lots of help choosing please ask for Victor from holiday dukes I 100% recommend him

Great service, found a holiday and holiday dukes found it cheaper 👏🏻

I've been dealing with Mia who has been fantastic. I have changed my hotel twice and she has been so helpful in trying to accommodate my request.

Dealt with Daniel from the start, very helpful and quick to come back with changes and recommentations and asked. Made the whole booking process easy. would recommend.

I have just booked a holiday and I can't wait to get there. I'm not the easiest person to work with ask my family 🤣 but Oscar Beck is an amazing person, he listened to what I was looking for and found it, he tweaked it and switched things up until he had found my perfect holiday.

I would recommend Holiday Dukes and Oscar to anyone who is thinking of booking a special holiday or any holiday for that matter

Had to do some negotiations to get the price I was happy with but after sending a comparison price to Oscar he delivered and has set us up for a great trip to Dubai and Zanzibar in 2027

I was looking to book a safari and I saw a safari& beach holiday at a very good price advertised from holiday dukes. I messaged them and Victor was my travel advisor and set to work putting together an itinerary which fitted my availability and budget. Communication via WhatsApp has been excellent so far and Victor was very patient and supportive with my many questions allowing space for me to read information and ponder the options without feeling pressured. I’m looking forward to my safari adventure and hope it turns out to be a dream holiday. ( another review will be sent after the holiday) Thank you Victor
