⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from Holiday Dukes

I’ve been very impressed with the service I’ve received from Holiday Dukes so far. Daisy has been extremely helpful, professional and friendly throughout the process. She has been great to deal with, responding positively to my enquiries and helping to make the holiday planning process straightforward and stress-free.

Everything has worked out well so far, and I’ve been very pleased with the communication, attention to detail and overall level of service.

A special thank you to Daisy for her excellent customer service. I’m looking forward to the holiday and would happily recommend Holiday Dukes based on my experience to date.

I first contacted Holiday Dukes in February to organise a trip to the Seychelles in October for my wife’s big birthday

I was talking to an agent called Daisy who has been in contact with me ever since, up to the point of departure, while we were away and on our return to the UK to ensure everything was well.

I cannot sing the praises of Holiday Dukes, but I’m particular Daisy, loudly enough - such dedicated customer service in this day and age is hard to find.

I have no hesitation in recommending them and will be using them again for future holidays

Contacted Daniel through WhatsApp about a trip to Thailand
He went above and beyond answering all our questions and giving alternative dates and itineraries
I will be booking tomorrow for a 20 day trip to Thailand
Great company

I had the pleasure of dealing with Skylar as my travel advisor, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. Although we ultimately didn’t book a holiday as our requirements changed, Skylar was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. They answered all my questions promptly, provided clear and detailed information, and were always happy to help. The level of customer service was excellent, and I really appreciated the time and effort they put into helping us. Thank you, Skylar, for being so helpful and professional!

What can I say about Kimberly!!! The patience of a saint, I must have changed my mind a dozen times but patiently she would re quote
I hope the holiday is as great as the booking experience

Oscar from Holiday Dukes was extremely accommodating at making my holiday to Thailand exactly as I wanted it to be, I was in contact over a couple of days until we got it right . He was always willing to help and prompt .
Excellent customer service.

Hi had a great experience with Oscar booking our holiday with Holiday Dukes. Oscar was extremely useful, pieced all of our travel dates, flights and having patience when we kept having doubts and changing our minds constantly. Would definitely recommend 👌

Booked a 3 centre trip with Oscar Bek at Holiday Dukes. From start to finish Oscar was excellent. Changing, hotels & airports & answering any questions asked.
Would definitely book with Holiday Duked again.
Very impressed with them.

An Unforgettable Honeymoon Safari! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We booked our honeymoon safari to Tanzania through Holiday Dukes, and it was absolute perfection from start to finish.
A massive thank you to our agent, Daniel, who was incredible throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted for our dream honeymoon and tailored a flawless itinerary. Daniel was patient, highly professional, and always available to answer our questions, which gave us complete peace of mind before we even set off.
The safari itself was a magical experience, and all the logistics—from the internal transfers to the stunning lodges—went incredibly smoothly. If you are planning a special trip, we highly recommend booking with Holiday Dukes and asking for Daniel!

Had a good travel agent called Louis Worked around my dates and really good price very happy customer

Skylar has been great!
She has answered my queries and been fantastic throughout!

Noah has been fabulous with the booking process for our upcoming holiday to Thailand. We go in November so hopefully the holiday will be as great as the booking process

Skylar was very detailed and attentive when helping to plan our trip. She listened to our wishes for the exact itenary and kindly
provided a blue light discount.
We are yet to go on the holiday, but so far so good.

Only improvement would be to leave us more time to consider fully before messaging to chase us up, as it got quite overwhelming

Just back from a business trip to Abu Dhabi and Holiday Dukes sorted out the accommodation and transfers.
We have been using them for second time and their services are highly recommended!
Good prices, prompt communication and very good attitude and customer service.
Will be used again
Thanks

Booking Holiday Dukes has been a really good experience, we changed our travel arrangements and they sorted everything giving us options to choose from that met our requirements. I would definitely book through them again. Many thanks to Noah for sorted out the query that we had.

We’ve booked our honeymoon through Holiday Dukes, and I couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve received from Oscar Bek.

Oscar has been incredibly patient and understanding with my copious questions! 😂 He has always been prompt with his responses, helpful, and reassuring throughout the booking process, making the whole experience so much easier and more enjoyable.

Planning our honeymoon is really special to us, and it’s been lovely to deal with someone who genuinely takes the time to answer every question and make you feel valued as a customer.

I would 100% recommend Holiday Dukes and Oscar Bek to anyone looking to book their next holiday. Thank you, Oscar, for all your help in making our honeymoon plans come together! ❤️✈️🥂

After asking a million questions and changing the itinerary several times the perfect multi destination trip to Thailand was tailored personally for me and my father and then a personal tour plan was added to my trip, skylar went above and beyond to create something special and we can’t wait for next year to roll around so we can make unforgettable memories!

I had contacted Holiday Dukes for a quote to Thailand for our honeymoon and we had the lovely Oscar Bek the senior travel advisor able to help us find what we wanted within the holiday. Oscar was very helpful and we would recommend him to all of our friends an family! Thanks for sorting out amazing honeymoon!

Booking process very efficient.
Many thanks to Oscar

Being sceptical at first, as we have done it all over WhatsApp. We have booked 17 days in Thailand with holidaydukes. Daisy was the lady I was in touch with all day (even today which is Sunday)Daisy answered every question I had and was very professional with a hint of realism, which I appreciated too. I felt at ease and am very excited for the trip to 5 islands! We cant thank Daisy enough, nothing seemed too much trouble, kept me up to date and I knew exactly where we were at and what we needed, and she needed. We’ll look forward to our holiday with holidaydukes. Luke
