Holidaydukes Omdömen

Really struggling to believe this is a legit company. Booked a holiday to the Maldives over 18 months ago. We are due to fly out in less than 3 weeks and still havent received any confirmation of flights or any paperwork. Countless messages sent on different platforms and still nothing. Really hope this isn't a scam!!
UPDATE...
After posting this review I received a telephone call from a manager called Darren who gave me the information I had requested. Little did we know that they dont send confirmation of flights until 1 week before departure as no one had volunteered that information. Funnily enough though, I have now received said confirmation and hotel voucher. Thank you for your assistance 😊

Just wanted to leave a review from our experience with holiday dukes. They were brilliant ! Daniel booked our holiday and couldn’t have been more helpful , always messaging to see if we were ok , relaying holiday information and pick up times always at the end of the phone. We had one of the best holidays and couldn’t have done it without holiday dukes amazing highly recommend and will definitely be booking with then again 10/10 👌

Just booked a multi island Thailand trip for 2028!
Kimberley could not have been more helpful. We WhatsApp’d our request and she put together a great itinerary for us. We were then able to personalise the trip with our preferred hotels etc. Nothing was too much trouble. She responded quickly and professionally to our numerous questions. Really happy with the booking process, now looking forward to our holiday.

We reviewed a holiday ad on Facebook and it seemed to be a really good deal. I contacted holiday dukes with a preferred airport and dates of travel through whattsapp. The response was very quick and all changes were implemented with no fuss. Thanks Oscar Bek for helping us to book our safari beach holiday. We can’t wait to go. 👌😁

We have booked our amazing honeymoon to Thailand with HolidayDukes. Daniel was really helpful and created a bespoke multi destination package for us and included some luxury extras we asked for. Nothing was too much trouble and he put up with my requests for more information, changes to hotels and rooms and has been included a boat trip within the price. Thank you so much, we cannot wait!

From a great holiday offer we were interested in we raised a few queries with Dan which were answered promptly with details on WhatsApp including changing of flight times and a change of advertised accommodation based on customer feedback. We then had a call with Dan to run through everything which resulted in booking and paying a deposit . We received the full itinerary promptly to sign off . Whole process was stress free and easy

I had a great experience booking my Thailand multi-trip with Skylar. Everything was arranged through WhatsApp, which made the whole process really convenient. Skylar was always quick to respond and answered all of my questions clearly, giving me confidence throughout the booking process.

When I realised I could no longer travel on the dates I’d originally booked, I was worried it would be a hassle to change everything. However, Skylar didn’t hesitate to help and rearranged my dates quickly and efficiently, making the whole process completely seamless.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend booking with Skylar and would happily use them again in the future.

My Travel Advisor Skylar was very patient with all my requests and changes. The trip she has pulled together is perfect for what we need and I’m looking forward to visiting LA and Vegas

Was a little dubious as this is a company we'd never heard of, but reviews looked ok!

Daniel was our agent, dealt with us over email and WhatsApp and tailored our holiday until it was exactly what we wanted, even threw in a few excursions FoC! I made so many changes, but nothing was too much trouble.
