We placed an order with hippo was told…
We placed an order with hippo was told 2 to 3 weeks for our new car to be delivered. After 3 weeks we contacted hippo and was told the manager is dealing with it and would contact us. We have contacted hippo a number of times trying to get up dates but as the manager is dealing with it customer service can't help and the manager has never tried to contact us to give us any information. We are now into week number 6. I've leased cars before from other companies and never had this problem

The car arrived in good condition and…
The car arrived in good condition and clean, and appears to function well. Not sure about the drive yet as I haven’t had a chance to do a lengthy test drive (I have noticed screeching on the brakes though and a tyre that appears to need changing). The person who delivered the car (Anthony) was very pleasant and helpful. He helped show me details about the car and was patient as I checked things over. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the process of getting the car. Communication was lapse and bad. I was given misinformation on a few occasions and had to chase. The delivery date was pushed back twice and I was left in the dark a few times. In the end they have delivered and although I only got the car today so am unsure on the actual drive quality - most things cosmetically appears to be good.
