Absolutely amazing service from Crystal! She was nothing short of fantastic. I was unsure about how the process works and needed a bit of extra guidance, she returned all of my calls, answered my 101 questions, helped to find the best car for me and guided me through the process. I would recommend Hippo !
My experience with Hippo was a very positive one in general . I dealt with Ruby for the purchase of the vehicle and she couldn’t have been more helpful , and patient with me.
My only negative was on collection , it felt rushed and not enough information was given about the new vehicle .
Aside from that I would recommend Hippo to anyone looking for a new vehicle .

The car that was ordered was not the car that arrived and when asking questions Hippo did not want to discuss, once Hippo have the signed agreements the customer service and aftercare is non existent, so try other companies before hippo is my advice.

Started off great and car found and…
Started off great and car found and finance sorted with hours, finance sorted and Hippo were paid. Then the issues started of car not ready and very apologetic and offered a goodwill payment, sadly the trend of no communication continued and as I was writing email to cancel deal 3 weeks after purchase as car hadn’t arrived I was offered another goodwill payment and assurance car will arrive that week! Car arrives and goodwill payments that were promised don’t arrive after countless calls, 1st payment arrives eventually and other is still being processed and again with no communication.
Sadly what started off good has left a bad feeling of this whole experience and I won’t be using hippo again or recommending them. Sounds like they got there sale and said sod the customer! If you make promises to reassure the customer then at least keep them.

Bernardo was excellent in the purchasing of my vehicle. Matt delivered the car and was very informative and helpful even though the car had a few too many marks on it for my liking but that was not his fault. Happy with the service received.

Leon was 1st class at guiding me through the initial stages of the process to choosing and explaining each step felt very comfortable and he made it a pleasurable experience!! The collection process is next !! The flexibility to change my initial appt to one of my choice was a huge help as I am 7hours away!! So far so very very good !
