We’re sorry that the vehicle’s equipment and handbook weren’t clearly explained at handover. We have tried to contact you directly but haven’t been able to reach you, so we have followed up with you by email.
For clarity, your vehicle is supplied with an inflation kit rather than a spare wheel, so a jack is not normally provided. The vehicle handbook is also supplied digitally rather than as a physical manual.
We appreciate this should have been explained clearly when the vehicle was handed over, and we apologise for any confusion or disappointment caused. We hope the information provided by email helps, and our team remains available should you need any further assistance.
