My jacket was a medium and it was tiny
I ask for an exchange to a large
Was told I had to send it to china and jump through hoops to send it
They offered a small discount and for me to keep the jacket . I said no I want a full refund
No more correspondence has been received
Keep well clear

Very poor service, no sign of my goods, have contacted them regarding a refund but have been ignored, would not recommend

Avoid this place at all costs. A dodgy overseas supplier. They sent me an item which was completely different to advertised. The product that came had a different number of buttons, different texture and the collar was different. Not only that, but it was of really poor quality. If they respond to this message disputing, I have evidence to prove this.

Ordered medium size which is my size. Can't even wear.if i wear this jacket somehow, can't take off without any help. Terrible quality, waste of money.Already asked for refund. However they asked too many things to prove that i get fed up and give up to get my refund. Horrible customer service.Every one be careful to buy anything from this site.

I ordered two style of shorts and despite the Website looking all English and Gentry its actually Chinese! The shorts were made from an awful material and were sent back! However, the package has been with the Chinese Customs for over a month and the company has done nothing to try and get it sorted!

Suit turned up but was really poor quality. Had loads of loose threads all over all of the garments. To top it off the buttons on the jacket didnt even line up with the holes so wouldn't have fitted very nicely. I think their sizing is wrong too as didnt fit properly either. Only reason I dhavnt been harsher is on sending them the photos of all this I was refunded within 48 hours of receiving the suit. All in all id go buy something elsewhere.

You’ve already been bombarding me with emails offering discounts on further purchases. Now you’re asking me to review an item that I still haven’t received… very poor!

Issue not resolved currently therefore I am unable at this stage to review the overall experience.

It was not delivered on time, wanted to wear it to a wedding, the wedding already passed. Am going to return it when they finally decide to deliver

I ordered men’s slippers , those that arrived were ladies!
unless men are now wearing wedge heels.

Awful company send incorrect garment and make it almost impossible to return. All I achieved after many exchanges was a partial refund. Wil never use again

Sent wrong size,asked for a return label to send it back but refused to do so.Will not by from this company again.

So, nice clothes, good quality. I bought a couple of jumpers. They took a while to arrive, but they were well packed when I received them.
The size is too small for me - so I am trying to return the items - but I am unable to sort out the return to Harrington (mails un answered, telephone calls un answered)

Received dark grey tracksuit and the photos show ribbed cuffed ankles(see advertised photo) but when it came it was a straight leg. Not sure if my grandson is going to like them so it may be a returned item.

Presents as a British based website, confirmation email states long shipping times, upon Googling saw lots of reviews talking about a scam. I emailed asking to cancel my order which to my suprise they responded and said they would but the refund never materialised. They played along for a bit but stopped responding once I told them I was reporting to my bank. Avoid!

Horrendous…….cheap crap quality like SHEIN and Temu products but they draw you in by using a fake glamorous website. Quality is nothing like the website photos. Then when you want to return the item they want you to ship it to China which is not specified in the refund policy. Their contact information and base states they are in the Netherlands which is untrue. I have called the mobile number many times and it goes direct to an answer machine, proper companies have a customer service team and the emails are created through AI. They have also offered an 50% discount for me to keep. Absolute crooks …please please avoid avoid avoid avoid this company. I’m in talks with my bank to cancel this payment. Fraudulent company.

Still awaiting delivery of waterproof coat ordered 12days ago.This is a very dodgy company who give you that impression by its name and web address that they are UK based.My goods are apparently still awaiting clearance at some Chinese Airport??Bury Beware!!!
