Don’t buy anything from these guys . Rubbish quality and still waiting for a response from an email I sent yesterday and tried to speak to support. Left 2 messages. Don’t waste your money I’m regretting it now.

If I could give -10 I would. Not a British company as it implies. Awful clothes the shirt I ordered was supposed to be 2 xl it wouldn’t even fit a 6 yo child. The trainers came and were a size 6-7 not 10 trousers were bad cheap material and it all stank like it was manufactured in some plastic burning sweat shop. Totally awful

Avoid this company at all costs. They sent me the completely wrong shirt and then tried to make me pay for the return, even though it was their mistake. The shirt they sent was cheap fabric and I ended up just having to give it to the charity shop

I ordered a jacket but the item I received was not the jacket I ordered. I contacted customer service and provided photos confirming the issue. Their own correspondence acknowledges that the jacket received was different from the one ordered. What made the situation particularly frustrating was the way they handled the problem afterwards. Instead of simply arranging a prepaid return and issuing a full refund, I was offered a 10%, then 20%, “goodwill” refund if I kept an item I had never ordered.

Even more disappointing, their own website clearly states that if the incorrect item is received, Harrington Oxford will cover the return shipping costs. Harrington Oxford despite this, I had to repeatedly challenge them regarding who would pay for the return.
There was also an unnecessary delay with a previously confirmed refund, which had still not been received after 14 days and had to be chased again.

Mistakes can happen with orders, but the real issue is how the company deals with them.
Very poor customer service and a frustrating returns, refund process. The way this was handled has completely undermined my confidence in the company. I would not recommend Harrington Oxford.

Lovely belt. But, it took 16 days to arrive, which made it a very late birthday gift.

I ordered a two piece set as a gift. The product was satisfactory, and for that reason I would have recommended the shop. However the customer service is non-existent. They need to understand that business is not just churning out products its about building relationships and trust with your customers. For this reason, they deserve the lowest rating as its not acceptable to not acknowledge or respond to customers.

I have requested a return and refund on not had a response

The chain and cross pendant I bought for my son is exactly as we expected and he is pleased with it. The item took longer to be delivered than I was led to believe when I placed the order and the delivery driver dropped it through a neighbour’s door despite the address being clearly marked on the package (there was a helpful photo to show through which door it had been delivered). I would use this company for relatively cheap items quite happily but would be cautious about ordering anything expensive.

Do not buy from here, this company has all the appearance of being a British company but is based in China. The clothes are poor quality and nothing like the pictures and if you try to return, they tell you it is at your expense to China and you have to pay all duty. I wish i had done my research first

Ordered a padded shirt with hood which doesn’t fit like I wanted so I am trying to return yet their phone number just goes to answerphone and 3 emails later still no response…. AVOID at all costs this is extremely poor, it seems I have lost my £60 don’t follow suit…..

If there was such thing as 0 stars they’d get that haven’t even revived my order yet ordered it about 2 1/2 weeks ago. Not excited to see it either going off other reviews I imagine it’s cheap material not with the money I paid. Avoid, avoid, avoid. I like many wish I’d seen the reviews first. Waste of time and money

I ordered a top for my husband, the top that arrived was not suitable. It was supposed to be a large but it was very short and the collar was not like in the picture plus the quality was not what I expected. I contacted them for a full refund as advertised in their website. The initially offered for me to keep the top and accept 50% off my next purchase. I said I wanted a full refund, they then offered to send me 20% back and keep the top. Then then said if I wanted the refund I would have to pay Chinese import taxes to send it back. I eventually accepted 30% refund and keep the top. Basically you can’t return things to them for a refund without paying quite a bit of money.

Avoid this place at all costs. A dodgy overseas supplier. They sent me an item which was completely different to advertised. The product that came had a different number of buttons, different texture and the collar was different. Not only that, but it was of really poor quality. If they respond to this message disputing, I have evidence to prove this.

Ordered medium size which is my size. Can't even wear.if i wear this jacket somehow, can't take off without any help. Terrible quality, waste of money.Already asked for refund. However they asked too many things to prove that i get fed up and give up to get my refund. Horrible customer service.Every one be careful to buy anything from this site.

I ordered two style of shorts and despite the Website looking all English and Gentry its actually Chinese! The shorts were made from an awful material and were sent back! However, the package has been with the Chinese Customs for over a month and the company has done nothing to try and get it sorted!

Suit turned up but was really poor quality. Had loads of loose threads all over all of the garments. To top it off the buttons on the jacket didnt even line up with the holes so wouldn't have fitted very nicely. I think their sizing is wrong too as didnt fit properly either. Only reason I dhavnt been harsher is on sending them the photos of all this I was refunded within 48 hours of receiving the suit. All in all id go buy something elsewhere.
