After nearly 4 weeks, still hadn't shipped product, with zero update. So I finally threatened to chargeback. The very next day, they shipped the product. Absolute shenanigans, stay away.

Our son ordered this for his bedridden mother. He had heard it could help with bedsores. It’s a very hard pad. According to gooni, by email, the pad can be either placed under some softening ?? material or be lied upon directly. We tried for her to lay directly on the pad and that CAUSED MORE bedsores. Grooming advised using a softening cover which then defeats the infrared part.
They won’t take it back.
Complete scam on people desperately seeking relief.

I placed a $699.99 order on May 15 and while the website promises orders to be delivered within 3-5 business days, that has not occurred, nor have I heard a single word from the company since that time. I am not able to raise them via email, chat or to get a return phone call.

Truly a scam purchased the grounding mat took over 3 weeks and their shipping address is in the city of Mableton GA. Product didn't last a week tried to return it they wanted to charge a 5.85 handling fee that you can't pay online then you email them it take a week of back a forth communication for then to tell you they can't honor a return of exchange waste of money please go with another company.

COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT IN GROONI EARTHING SHOES! THEY CAME APART AT THE SOLES AND GROONI DECIDED THEY FELL APART IN LESS THAN 10 MONTHS DUE TO USAGE, they denied my request for replacement shoes by stating,"After carefully reviewing the details, we see that your purchase was made in June 2024. Based on the condition described and the time that has passed, it appears that the issue may be due to regular usage rather than a manufacturing defect." WHAT? Using a pair of shoes for less than 10 months, with regular usage can be expected to separate at the seams in 9.5 ish months? This is a manufacturing defect that should have been covered by their warranty. Terrible rip off

Quick to respond but so far nothing but lies. Wish I would have read these reviews first. Made an order and a month later I have not even received a tracking number. Was originally told 6 to 9 days to my door.

This company replies quickly when contacted but does NOTHING!!! It is a SCAM- I wish I had seen the reviews before proceeding with a purchase!

I was lied to TWICE! I was told via email "we confirmed your product was shipped and on the way" TWICE! After 3 weeks, I received a tracking number. It's sitting in China and hasn't even been labeled for shipping yet! Pretty sure this is a scam. They take a week to respond and just lie again to buy time. They claim 3-5 day shipping. I'm told it will be another month now. That makes 7.5 weeks.... if it even shows up.

Over a month on and goods not delivered but Grooni won't give a refund as they claim delivery is underway. FedEx stopped responding to me which makes me think the whole thing is a fraud.

I made an order just under £300 on 9 Sept 2024 (order no. 16327), nothing received, I enquired 4 times so far, one each week, they kept saying it would come, of course nothing happened, it is 15 Oct 2024 today. It is very likely that this company is fake, so avoid this company.
