Customer Service was great!
While the PEMF mat I ordered took several weeks to arrive when I contacted customer service to inquire about this they were quick to respond. They ended up sending me another mat, since the first one got lost in transit. The second mat arrived within a week of my conversation with customer service and now I'm enjoying my PEMF. Thank you!

Delivery very delayed
Good points: the mat arrived in good working order, with clear instructions on its usage. Customer services were helpful whenever I contacted them.
Bad points: it took 5 weeks to arrive and I had to do a lot of chasing up, which was quite stressful.
I am, however, looking forward to using it long term.

Dimensions for full size are wrong. It might fit a twin size bed. I returned it and charged a restocking fee.

Sleep changer!
Have had the sleep mat for 2 weeks and have the best sleeps in those 2 weeks for over ten years ! My husband notices deeper sleeps as well.
My Menopausal sleep disturbances have been minimal!
I highly recommend !

I have not received my order yet, and it is already 10 days late. There is no apology and no explanation on the problem.
