I'm new to the infrared PMF mats and had a question about the surface heating. My question was answered immediately and I clearly understood the response. Haven't used it too many times yet as I just got it but so far so good.

Grooni isnt just another made from the internet company. They take their products and customers seriously and reply like a human would to another human.

No information about when the product will delivered. Poor customer service, cannot talk live to a representative.

Never received the product! I ordered the King size bed mat on 11/10/25, the order never showed up. I contacted customer service and they sent out another one....it also never showed. A month later, still no product, I asked them to cancel the order and refund the money. It was the shipping company's fault, not Grooni...but once the 2nd shipment did not show up, I wish they would have offered to send another and refund my money.

A knowledgeable person from the company was available to answer any and all questions!

I had really high hopes for the Grooni earthing yoga mat. I was looking forward to yoga sessions and enjoying the benefits of grounding at the same time. Here’s my bigger grounding lesson :( I paid over £110.00 pounds, waited over 4 weeks for it to arrive. It came from China 😬 the quality of the mat was poor, it was thin and when i tried a down dog my hands slid 😳. I was not giving up my luxe mat for this inferior made product both cost the same. When i took it to the post office they charged me £41.00 including taxes because it was going to Atlanta 😭 not China? Also watch out because the returns process is vague. Out of principle this mat is going BACK! Save yourself now and don’t buy this mat, stick with a specialist provider 😉

Whilst the delivery process was by no means faultless, due to factors out of Groonie’s control, I was nevertheless kept updated by them throughout.
As for the PEMF Mat I’m happy to say that my experience far exceeded my expectations.
My sleep quality has significantly improved since using the mat and I have found the pain and recovery mode extremely beneficial in aiding my recovery post exercise.

Made an enquiry regarding a delivery.
Response was quick and answered well.

Apparently automated email reply in answer to my question of when my order will be shipped, it has been 6 days since I placed the order.

Replying in a quick manner put my mind at rest. Good advice re importing to France although of course the rules cannot be influenced , Quick , honest advice . Many thanks .

I got a quick response when inquiring about my late delivery for my grooni mat. Although, there is nothing that customer service could do, I’m disppointed as I don’t know when my mat will arrive.

There were a few delays on my order but the customer service provided by Regina was exemplary. She kept me informed all along the way in a timely manner, was always willing to go above and beyond. My order has now been delivered and I really look forward to using it. Fabulous service!

Regarding the mat itself, it is very good quality and I like the independent temperature and frequency controls. There is no question it has helped my pain issues with my hip. I sleep on it as I enjoy the full-body heat and flick on a program at bedtime, in the a.m., and sometimes when I get up at night. It is heavy, but all similar mats are due to the crystals and necessary build. It's probably not something you will want to move around frequently.

Due to a little snafu with the cover, I have dealt with Nicholas in customer service who has been superb with rapid communication, excellent service, and appreciated friendliness. If you have any issues, you will be treated very well and to your satisfaction.

My only suggestion is, it seems the supply chain for some items can be a little slow at times, so it might be prudent to check supplies when ordering to verify your particular item is currently in stock.

I guess the best thing I can say is that I have since ordered a second mat for a friend which came rapidly and I would have no issues ordering from them in the future.

I've had to ask questions and they have been very helpful. I have the mattress pad as well as the heavy pemf mat and I can honestly say that mat is amazing. I fall dead asleep when I lay on it. The mattress pad is very comfortable. I have had these over a month and lay on mat daily for my back and sleep on pad
