As I have had poor sleep most of my life, I thought/hoped this pillow case would help. I’m very surprised and happy by the results.

The first 2 nights my head felt warmer than usual. Not uncomfortable, just warmer. During those nights I didn’t want to sleep, because my mind was so calm and still, which I’d never experienced before, so I just wanted to enjoy the awareness. It made me imagine how deep meditation would feel. Also, my body just felt happier to just stay still. It was wonderful.

By the 4th night I wasn’t aware of the deep calmness in my mind, but my body was, and still is, calm. Even though I haven’t got to the point of having the required amount of sleep each night, I find it’s easier for me to control my mind, by reminding myself that the pillow case is helping me, even when I don’t think it is.

Would I recommend this pillow case? Absolutely. One day I hope to get the grounding sheet, but until then, I’m more than happy with my purchase.

I was a bit sceptical about whether it would help but I have to say that I have had no 'restless legs' since using it this past month. It's comfortable and easy to install.

I use a Galaxy watch to track my sleep, so I was curious to see what would happen to the sleep stats when I started using the grounding sheet. Before, my deep sleep was terrible, some nights I was only getting 9 minutes (and generally the stats would show my deep sleep was less that 10% of my total sleep time, many nights less than 5%)! But after the first two nights on the sheet, my deep sleep shot up to over an hour. I was amazed.

Then, it started to fluctuate again, and I got a bit skeptical. That's when I realised‚ I hadn't washed the sheet yet. After washing it (and i did give feedback to the company on this), the difference was incredible. My deep sleep now averages around 20% of my sleep time each night.

At first, my REM sleep did drop (probably because my body was busy repairing itself), but over the months, that's also improved. My husband jokes that it feels like there's a magnet holding him to the bed because he sleeps so deeply now!

We're sleeping so much better that we've now bought the grounding sheets for our teenage kids too. Ihave friend who have also bought and noticed a big difference in how they sleep.

I’m not going to recommend the product You have asked me to do that before, and again today
For me the grounding sheet didn’t work, I still have trouble with inflammation and staying sleep.
I can’t in good faith tell people to purchase it.
I wish it had worked but it didn’t, they are quite expensive, and for me not worth the money,

Over the last year or so, I have tried various grounding items and currently use grounding mats under my laptop, to stand on, while reading or watching TV. I am very impressed with the Premium Grounding sheet quality. I had a bit of minor swelling/ arthritis in two fingers that has diminished almost completely after several weeks of sleeping grounded. I sleep very well and will not so without my grounding bed sheet! This product seems very durable and I hope to use it for years to come. I like that it can go underneath my own bedsheets and is breathable. They offer several great products in addition to the mattress grounding sheet; a soft fabric floor mat that I love, a fabric pillowcase, all with 30% stainless steel content, much better than most of the market low 5-10% silver which degrades over time with laundering.
I did try another company's product (non breathable) under a sheet, it shifted, was sweaty and I was not satisfied. I highly recommend Premium Grounding's mattress sheet! . It takes time for long term results, with incremental improvement along the way. The quality, reasonable price, and customer service is stellar. You won't be disappointed.

I purchased the grounding sheet for our King Size bed a couple of months ago and my life has changed for the better ever since I placed it on our bed. From the very first night I noticed a reduction in aches and pains and longer periods of sleep. My Plantar fasciitis has also now completely disappeared, a huge win! My partner says his moods have been better even though he is very grounded through his job, so that was an unexpected win too. I've recommended others give this some consideration and some have also purchased for themselves, however I haven't asked about their results yet to know how they are going. Very happy with the money spent for a great product that is providing me with a lot of relief each night.

My partner, who was completely skeptical of this and thought I was crazy for buying it, is now completely converted 😂 from someone who laughed in my face when I told him we were sleeping on a grounding mat that night, to someone who openly tells anyone that will listen to him that they have to try it! “ I had been wanting to try this product for quiet some time, and then I found out about an Australian company selling them so I thought I would take a plunge and check it out for myself. I have only had them for 4 weeks and I cannot say that I am really noticing much difference in my overall feeling of wellness or reduced cortisol. If I believe that it is having the grounding effect that it says it should be, then I will run with that. Unfortunately, it has not been helping improve my sleep or keep me from waking up at around 3am to 5am most days without an alarm clock. I am keen to give it more time to check to see if it eventually provides more benefits.

I work long hours on my feet and I found resting my feet on the mat in bed I had less pain in my legs the next morning after a long shift.
I was also having more dreams and realised I was sleeping deeper and longer. Big bonus.
I also use it in the couch and the dog is happily sleeping on it as she lays next to me. Obviously she likes it too.

Hubby is very sceptical and has slept better than ever since having the grounding sheet on. I fall asleep easily and have also slept better since the sheet has been on the bed. Definitely recommend the grounding sheet to everyone, you can not put a price on a good nights sleep.

I’ve been using a sheet from premium grounding for the last 12 months and for whatever reason, my arthritis hasn’t been as bad and whenever I sleep in a different bed that doesn’t have the sheet I feel less refreshed in the morning I have now taken to traveling with the sheet so that I can get a great night sleep wherever I am. I’ve also had a three-year-old who hasn’t slept for two years through the night and put a sheet on her bed and there’s been a huge difference in the volume of sleep and the wake ups throughout the night. I now have these sheets in every bed on my house. I was definitely a skeptic, but now I’m a believer.
